Delivery was fairly quick and it arrived in good shape. I will be using this winch this coming summer so I cannot comment on the workings of the winch at this time.

Great product, solid, sturdy, and works for me day after day. I actually use this to raise and lower an HO scale model train table in my garage. Quality material and product
I have had this winch for a year now with no issues. Granted, they are located inside a garage, but the look and work just like they are new. Super happy.

I am very pleased with the fast delivery and the quality of the winch. I plan to use it to lift a steam hood off my maple sugaring evaporator when cleaning. I have not yet installed the winch as we haven't even started the maple sugaring season
I found the unusual dual spool hand crank winch I needed at eTrailer. The service was very friendly and helpful for this special order part.
My only suggestion would be to add product dimensions to your online catalog. I took a risk on the size of the winch. It worked out fine as I had a lot of clearance for my application but it could have been a problem if I was trying to fit it into a tight space.
