This tire has a 1-year No Excuses Guarantee. If within the first 12 months the tire is damaged in any way that's not covered by warranty, it will be replaced at no charge. You will also be compensated a flat labor rate for the cost of mounting the replacement tire.
The NitroFill inflation process filters out oxygen to ensure that this tire-and-wheel assembly is filled with 95 to 99.9 percent pure nitrogen. Nitrogen-inflated tires maintain pressure better than tires inflated with standard air. This makes them ideal for RVs and trailers that are driven infrequently or sit in storage for long periods of time. Other benefits of consistent tire pressure are better fuel economy, improved braking and handling, decreased chance of tire failure, and longer tire life.
A tire inflated with standard air, which contains oxygen, is prone to fluctuations in pressure due to loss of air over time and ambient temperature changes. Nitrogen-inflated tires don't experience these fluctuations for a couple reasons. First, nitrogen molecules are larger than oxygen molecules, so they are less likely to permeate a rubber tire. Second, nitrogen is a dry gas, so it won't allow condensation to build inside the tire. A tire inflated with standard air may have moisture in it, which means it is more likely to be affected by ambient temperature.
In addition, the moisture that can collect in a tire inflated with standard air will contribute to corrosion of the wheel and deterioration of the rubber tire from the inside out. A nitrogen-inflated tire-and-wheel assembly is less likely to experience this type of decay. Less moisture in the tire also means reduced running temperatures.
If necessary, you can top off the tire with standard compressed air. But to maintain the benefits of nitrogen, the tire must be refilled with nitrogen.
This aluminum wheel comes with steel inserts in the lug nut wells. The inserts are pressed into the aluminum, and they help prevent the holes from wearing down over time. This ensures that the wheel stays secured to your trailer hub and that you won't have to constantly retorque the lug nuts.
This radial ply tire from Westlake is constructed with double steel belts and double polyester cords for increased durability. A protective later of nylon is wrapped around the steel belts to help prevent tread separation.
Unlike standard trailer tire tread, this deep, rugged tread channels water away so that the tire makes better contact with the road. This greatly improves traction during wet, snowy, or icy conditions. Because of this, the tire is specifically designed for off-roading on uneven terrain such as mud, sand, and grass, although it performs well on highways and other paved roads as well.
Radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway. The cords on a radial tire are positioned at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel so that they lay across the width of the tire from wheel lip to wheel lip. This construction prevents the cords from rubbing against one another when the tire flexes, unlike the cords on a bias ply tire. As a result, radial tires have less rolling resistance and heat buildup, which leads to a longer tread life and improved steering at higher speeds.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

The extra over the tire only purchase option pays for itself as you don't have to pay to have the tires mounted. Just bolt up.. double check pressure and go! The tire came with no box.
The Green Nitro cap for the valve stem was missing.
Though the rim was not damaged, it could be for someone else in the future.

Our 2017 Mallard Camper was found to have a cracked wheel. I am so happy to finally get this replacement for my 2017 travel trailer. I had mine disappear on the tollway last year and the dealer said he couldn’t get a replacement from the factory anymore. Well I’m glad I found e trailer, the rim came packed carefully and is in excellent condition. I am waiting to take the trailer in to get the tire mounted on the rim. I’d like to also give a thumbs up to the order department for helping me the right product and staying in contact with me giving updates on the order.

I have a grand design reflection travel trailer. It came from the factory with Lionshead Jaguar wheels and Westlake tires. One of my tires always had a slow leak. I thought it was the tire but the cast aluminum wheel was porous and the wheel leaked air. I called Lionshead and they offered to replace the wheel but could not get it to me in time for my trip. etrailer got the wheel to me in 3 days and in time. Lionshead partly reimbursed me for my cost. The wheel is working great and no more leaks

Looks like a good quality wheel. Just mounted and will take on a trip in a few weeks. Was nice to have the valve stem but they are not high pressure rated for 65psi on load range D tires.

Bought these for a boat trailer that I completely rebuilt (many parts from etrailer.com, including these).
I've been extremely happy with them. They've been in-and-out of salt water a few times, I make sure to rinse them down well (with salt away products) after each time, the before vs. after pics tell the rest of the story. They really dress up a boat on the trailer.
