This tire has a 1-year No Excuses Guarantee. If within the first 12 months the tire is damaged in any way that's not covered by warranty, it will be replaced at no charge. You will also be compensated a flat labor rate for the cost of mounting the replacement tire.
This aluminum wheel comes with steel inserts in the lug nut wells. The inserts are pressed into the aluminum, and they help prevent the holes from wearing down over time. This ensures that the wheel stays secured to your trailer hub and that you won't have to constantly retorque the lug nuts.
This radial ply tire from Westlake is constructed with double steel belts and double polyester cords for increased durability. A protective layer of nylon is wrapped around the steel belts to help prevent tread separation.
The standard tread on this tire has solid, continuous ribs, and there are very few sipes (or thin grooves) cut into the rubber. This tire is designed for use on trailers, so it doesn't require the level of traction that would be needed on a vehicle that is braking or steering.
Radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway. The cords on a radial tire are positioned at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel so that they lay across the width of the tire from wheel lip to wheel lip. This construction prevents the cords from rubbing against one another when the tire flexes, unlike the cords on a bias ply tire. As a result, radial tires have less rolling resistance and heat buildup, which leads to a longer tread life and improved steering at higher speeds.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

I have a set of four Jaguar rims on my boat trailer. My daughter bowered my boat and damaged one of the wheels and blew the tire. We got these for our 2012 Jayco X17 as an upgrade from the standard steel 13" wheels to these 14" wheel and tire combo. We were concerned there wouldn't be enough wheel clearance but through some online searching, we found that others were able to go with the larger wheels. The tires and the wheels look and perform great. Much smoother and more stable ride that the stock wheels and tires. We were able to talk with a real person at etrailer and the customer service and delivery of the product was top notch. The tire and wheel package was reasonably priced and delivered in a timely fashion. My only issue is that the tires were more than a year old already, cutting down on their usable life. They were both manufactured in late April or early July of last year. I expected a Tire with at least a 2018 date code on it.

Its not unheard of for tires to arrive at our location that were manufactured a year or more before we receive them. The tires are manufactured overseas. After they are manufactured, they sit in a warehouse for a period of time until theyre packed in a shipping container and ultimately loaded on a container ship and shipped to the US. The shipping process and entry through US Customs can take a month or more. The tires then sit in a warehouse in the US until we order and receive them. Tires that are stored in a warehouse under controlled conditions dont age or dry-rot like tires that are exposed to the elements and UV radiation do. The fact that your tires were a bit older than a year when you received them will not have any effect on their lifespan or durability. They should be good for up to 6-7 years, assuming they are not stored in direct sunlight.
Beautiful wheels, tires are showing very little wear and look good. I pull my boat quite a bit and these wheels/tires were the most cost effective replacements I could find. Very happy after the first year of use.
Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The wheels and tires are for a car dolly I recently purchased. The wheels look better than the custom wheels on my old truck I am restoring. The U-tube video for the Sportage trailer hitch saved me time and made it a snap to install, eight bolts and done.

Bought this item to use as spare for my boat trailer. Almost identical to the other 4 original wheels and the price was too good to pass up.
