Corrosion-Resistant Finish
The steel wheel goes through a 3-step finishing process that makes it both attractive and corrosion resistant. The wheel is first submerged in a zinc phosphate bath to ensure good paint adhesion. It is then e-coated with an acrylic primer base and the outboard side is finished with baked-on DuPont powder paint. The light e-coat on the inboard side of the wheel reduces friction between the wheel and your hub and eliminates the flaking that can occur with a heavily applied paint finish.
The automotive-rated center disc is raised and the stud holes are beveled and uncoated for better clamp force retention. This technology helps the wheel stay tight against your hub without the need for constant retightening.
Bias ply tires are designed for off-road or agricultural applications. They are built with thick, durable nylon cords that are positioned at a 30- to 45-degree angle to the direction of travel. The layers alternate in a crisscross pattern, making the sidewalls stiffer so that the entire tire is able to flex easily. As a result, the tire provides a smooth ride and improved handling when trailering on uneven surfaces.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Installed this pair of tires on my small utility trailer April 2019 while servicing the wheel bearings & replacing the original leaking grease seals with Bearing Buddy grease seals. Pulled the trailer over 4,000 miles last summer at freeway speeds with NO issues. These Taskmaster tires with 81 mph speed rating are simply wonderful! And the Bearing Buddy grease seals don't leak. Thank you for offering these tires etrailer. Picture is after 4,000 miles.

We received our tires today, and my husband put them on the trailer he pulls behind his motorcycle. They look like a good, quality tire. Many other tires this size don't have ratings for up to 80 MPH.
Wheels have noticably more material than the other brand of load range B, 81MPH rated wheels that came on my trailer. hoping they last longer than the 400 miles the other ones did.
These are better than average wheels. I drove 1600 miles and the cheap tires were already worn out. I got these ones and on the return trip, same load and distance, the rubber still has a lot of tread left on it. They are also better balanced, because the cheap ones vibrated all my stuff in the trailer, while these ones do not. Definitely a better value.
Received quickly and the product was as advertised. I feel more comfortable with the M-speed rating of this tire vs its competitors since I plan to do a lot of highway travel with my trailer.
Look robust. Have not mounted yet. Definently more rubber than my original (that was only rated to 37 mph...). Shipping was very quick. I expect no issues based on first look and like how they are SLIGHTLY larger than my cheapos as my bearings will ware less

Spare tire and carrier delivered quickly and correctly. I mounted on my boat trailer with no problems. Fortunately, I have not had to use the spare.
