The tire on this assembly has a 1-year worry-free guarantee. If within the first 12 months the tire is damaged in any way, it will be replaced at no charge.
Radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway. The cords on a radial tire are positioned at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel so that they lay across the width of the tire from wheel lip to wheel lip. This construction prevents the cords from rubbing against one another when the tire flexes, unlike the cords on a bias ply tire. As a result, radial tires have less rolling resistance and heat buildup, which leads to a longer tread life and improved steering at higher speeds.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Hello again, neighbor. I'm Steve with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at this Kenda Karrier 225/75 15 Radial Tire. Now this tire is gonna have a black steel wheel or rim and it's got what they call a modular design. So you can see all these little circles and stuff all the way around that. That's considered a modular design.
So when you see that, that's what you're looking at. Now this does have a lot of good features to it as far as like how the rubber is combined. You get basically the strength of a biased tire with the durability and the stability of like a radio tire. So it is specifically for trailers only. Please do not use this on any other vehicles other than a trailer.
It's not gonna withstand different kind of highway use speeds, that kind of stuff, as far as being on the actual vehicle itself. So it does meet all DOT specifications. It is rated up to 81 miles per hour, as far as the speed rating. Again, make sure you're only going the posted speed limit in your area. It does have a maximum load of 2,540 pounds at 65 PSI and it does have a nice 5 year warranty on the tire itself.
The rim comes with a two year limited warranty. And I wanna zoom in here so I can show you this bolt pattern. So this is considered a six lug. There's six holes there, on five and a half inch lug pattern. And as far as the finish here, it's a very nice black powder coated e-coat.
It's gonna give you a superior oxidation protection with zinc built in there to help protect it. It's pretty much if you think like a spray on bedliner, kind of that texture, not quite as rough, not quite as gritty as that spray on bedliner, but kind of the same design if that helps you out there. And as far as the tread, lemme spin it here for you to see that better. So it's got a computer generated tread design that's gonna have premium rubber and everything built into that design. And as far as you know, holding onto the road in any conditions, it's gonna do just fine. It does come with all the information molded into the tire. Taking a look at the back here, there's a zero offset on this tire. So again, there's no offset, it's all centered perfectly. The pilot diameter is going to be 4.27 inches on that pilot diameter. And again, it's got a load range of D on it, eight flight tire. And as far as the lug holes, they are half inch, so they're a half inch by 20 and again, a 6 lug pattern. And honestly, Kenda has been around for a long time. They make lots of different tires. Their load star is very, very, very popular. One that we sell tons and tons of every single day. Again, they have a five year warranty on the tire, two year on the rim. I used to do customer service here for years and honestly, we rarely saw any of these come back as far as manufacturer issues or anything like that. So you can rest assured it's a real good product and it's gonna get you down the road safely. Well again, that's our look at our Kenda Karrier 225/75 R15 Radial Tire with the 15 inch rim, 6 lug, 5 and a half. I'm Steve with etrailer. Thank you so much for joining me. I hope this information helps you. Have a great day.
