The tire on this assembly has a 1-year worry-free guarantee. If within the first 12 months the tire is damaged in any way, it will be replaced at no charge.
Radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway. The cords on a radial tire are positioned at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel so that they lay across the width of the tire from wheel lip to wheel lip. This construction prevents the cords from rubbing against one another when the tire flexes, unlike the cords on a bias ply tire. As a result, radial tires have less rolling resistance and heat buildup, which leads to a longer tread life and improved steering at higher speeds.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Hello neighbors, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at this Kenda Karrier 205/75 15 inch radial tire with your 15 inch silver galvstar finish. Now this particular tire and rim does have what's called a five on four and a half lug pattern. So again, it is five lug, four and a half lug pattern. So I wanna throw up a graphic here for you real quick to show you how to check that. So with any kind of odd number lugs, you wanna measure just like the graphic shows from the center of one of those lugs directly across and in between two other lug holes.
So that red line there on that graphic, that's how you're measuring. So you can find this graphic on our website as well, etrailer.com. Any tire wheel we sell on the site has that graphic, it'll help you out. Please double check that. Now, this tire wheel assembly is ideal for such things as like stock trailers, utility trailers, campers, that kind of stuff, and it's got a nice dark silver finish.
It's got the modular design, that's those holes you see going around the whole wheel there. That's called a modular design. This is a Kenda Karrier special trailer tire that's radial. Again, it's specific for trailers only. Do not use this with any other vehicle out there, trailers only.
It's got a couple of the strength of a bias ply tire with the durability and stability of your radial tire. It's got double steel belts and a full nylon plies to combine for superior function and longevity of life. The tread, as you can see, it's got a nice tread pattern. It is computer generated that tread pattern. So they've done extensive research to find out what works best on the road conditions that are out there in all terrains.
Now showing you the back here again, it's got that nice silver galvstar star finish they call it. It kind of reminds me of like a hammered finish as far as a paint job and it's just got a nice, smooth, nice durable finish there and it's gonna hold up to the test of time. This assembly does meet all DOT specifications. The rim, again is a 15 inch by five inch rim. The bolt pattern, again, as we mentioned, is a five on four and a half. Now the hole size for your lug nuts to go through, that's a half inch hole or a half inch by 20 thread count. It's rated at 2,200 pounds. The pilot hole, as they call it, the inner diameter there is three point 19 inches, 3.19. It's got a zero offset, so that rim is centered perfectly and you don't have to worry about anything there. The section width on the front of the tread all the way across side to side is 8.1 inches and overall diameter of this tire is 27.3 inches wide side to side. Again, load range D, eight ply tire, rated at 2,150 pounds at 65 psi on the tire pressure. And it does have a speed rating of M or do not exceed 81 miles per hour. We all know we're not going faster than the posted speeds out there, right We want to keep safe. Five year warranty on the tire itself, two year on the wheel or the rim, and it's gonna be a very nice combination for you. Again, Kenda makes some great products. I've been super happy with them. We do sell so many of these. They're just a really good tire wheel combination and again, that warranty alone should sell it for itself. I'm Steve with etrailer.com. I hope this helps you. I hope you've learned some stuff here as far as measuring your lug pattern. Again, you can find all that information at etrailer.com. Have a good one.
