I always buy etrailer hitches. Although I am a mechanic, I find the online videos especially helpful and make installations as easy as possible.

It's too early to tell if there will be problems with the tires, but they came crushed and misshapen from having been near the bottom of a stack. The tire shop is not able to install them as they came. They are having to use innertubes and other techniques to try to straighten the tires enough to get them to mount on the rims properly. We assume that once they are on the rims, they will be fine. The last item I ordered from etrailers was great! So, I was happy to order a second time. Now I'm disappointed to see how items are sometimes treated before getting to the customer. I do appreciate the quick shipping!

This was a replacement for original equipment tires on my utility trailer. The tires arrived individually boxed and in good condition in a timely manner. Since they are new, it is too early to comment on how well they wear. However they appear to be excellent quality and at a cost that was very competitive.

Review from a similar Loadstar Bias in Trailer Tires and Wheels

I purchased these to replace the tires on my boat trailer. They fit the rim but seemed slightly smaller than the tires I took off. The only other thing I noticed is that the tires were made a few months apart and had slightly different lettering. The font or design was different between the two. Since I only had one on each side, it didn’t really matter. Nobody will ever notice it. The tire was as described and should fit the need perfectly. I have already pulled it a few times but nothing heavy, just a couple hundred pounds max including the trailer.

So far, so good. Still holding air and track great down the road.

I got this tire for my utility trailer because my old ones dry rotted out and finally started leaking after 28 years. I first replaced the spare and then the two on the trailer. These Kenda tires came in holding good tire and bead shape, not twisted or mangled. I was pleased with that. The went on the rims really easy. I do it by hand using motorcycle tire irons. I also replaced the valve stems. I recommend these Kenda tires.

Review from a similar Loadstar Bias in Trailer Tires and Wheels

Well I'm not sure how long the 2 tires for my trailer took to arrive after I ordered, but it wasnt long. Had some rims from the local RV outfit that came with the range C or D. I had em mounted and balanced. Never come balanced from the local. So I wanted to see if it made a smoother pull on the pavement and I believe it did, in conjunction with a much better looking heavier duty tire with a different tread pattern as well. I have a 7x14 custom utility trailer that's pretty heavy duty with a flipped 5' axle which puts me flush with the outer of the deck and the sidewalls. I'm hoping to get 3 of my trips out of these without any signs of needing replaced from wear and tear. Theres about 20 miles a trip on a rocky grated road that the C and Ds didnt handle too well after 2 or 3 of these treks. So that why 4 stars for now, but so far so good. If E-trailer will send me another review link in a year I will be happy to give a complete review then.

Comments
Its been a year and Ive only done the trek once and a few other smaller trips since.. the tires still look new a d beefy and my ride is smooth as ever.. I feel like these are gona last much longer than anything in the past.. great tires and would recommend to a to anyone who needs a good heavy duty tire that gives piece of mind.

I haven’t mounted them on my trailer but I’m concerned about quality control . Two are identical . The third seems to be narrower along the inside wall and won’t stand on its own like the other two .

Comments
Hi Gene, Thanks for your feedback! Sometimes tires will look skinnier after being stacked up in the warehouse. Once they are mounted and set at the correct air pressure it will perform as it should.

Review from a similar Loadstar Bias in Trailer Tires and Wheels

Tires were ordered, shipped fast !, i have never received anything as fast as these from anyone online !. i can not say how good they are yet ?, i just mounted them on the rims by hand on 6/22/2020. not sure how some buyers complained the tires they got from etrailer were too hard to mount ?, couple 2 inch ratchet straps wrapped around them after sitting in the sun for about 15 mins, they were pretty easy. little hint when mounting tires on rims by hand: grease the lip of the rim and inside of tire, NOT ALOT !. tire will go on easy, least they do for me. i can not say how good these tires are ?, or how long they will last ?, i just installed them, and have not pulled my boat trailer anywhere yet. i can say the price was a tad high ?, but they ARE 6-ply tires !!. well worth the price if they hold up ?. mounted these on my haul right boat trailer, old tires that were installed on the trailer that came on it have been sitting a lot sense 2010, they were dry rotted, was time to buy new tires,I choose etrailer from reading reviews on fast shipping, great prices ?, so far..most are correct !. again, can not say how long these tires last ?, but if i get a couple seasons out of them ?, I'LL BE A HAPPY BOATER !..LOL. i am including some pic's of them mounted on my 14ft boat trailer. my only concern is putting 90 psi into them ?, this just seems WAY too much air pressure for a small tire ?, so i decided on just putting 80 psi in them, after all, they are 4.80x12 tires, and they wont be hauling nothing heavy other than my aluminum boat and motor, and some light gear ?, no need in putting 90 psi in them for my short road trips.

Comments
We do recommend to inflate trailer tires to their max PSI to prevent heat build up which is the leading cause of blow outs. The only brand that is designed to be used with a lower PSI per load weight is the Goodyear Brand.

Purchased 4 new tires for my golf cart, also known as the dog cart taxi for my 2 lazy hounds! Tires were best price I could find, free shipping which is a rarity these days, and UPS delivery literally within days of purchase, even though a weekend online purchase. When I need new trailer and golf cart tires I’ll be a return customer. Thank You!

These are OEM replacements on folding trailer. Very satisfied with them as they were 10 years old and showed little treadwear and very little aging, just time to retire (pun sorry). Happy that Kenda has kept same design over the years. Nice deep tread pattern that will continue to contact highway and off-road conditions.

Review from a similar Loadstar Bias in Trailer Tires and Wheels

This is the first time I have ordered trailer tires from Etrailer and I did not know what to expect with regard to service and product quality. The last pair of tires I had on my pontoon boat trailer were 185/80R13 Marathon tires but according to the specifications, the Etrailer 185/80R13 tires had a better load rating and higher safe speed rating than my old Marathon tires. My Etraier tires also have a 2/2018 date of manufacturing which was also a plus.

Comments
Great ... I sold my pontoon boat recently but the tires exceeded my expectations. I now go to Etrailer for tire recommendation and technical advise. I recently bought a spare tire and rim for my new Venture trailer from Etrailer. Thanks, PW

I’ve now had two sets of these on my boat trailer(they were replaced once on warranty) they chunked and came apart each time. Both tires have the same chunking. These are barely a year old off a small aluminum boat trailer. etrailer was awesome in all aspects, the tires are just junk from manufacturer.

I've been very pleased with etrailer. We decided to winter our boat on a trailer at home instead of paying for storage. Finding an appropriate trailer and refurbishing it has worked well with their help. We added a surge coupler, brakes, tires, rims, lights and wiring, and changed from bunks to stands and an extra cross member. Thanks.

Review from a similar Loadstar Bias in Trailer Tires and Wheels

I purchased one of these tires for my wheelbarrow last Spring. I live in the land of goatheads, prickly pear cactus, and other thorns; previous tires just didn't last. Very frustrating when you go to get the wheelbarrow and the darn tire is flat! This one has survived the Spring and all Summer without a hitch, flat or one single problem. I would highly recommend this option to anyone with a similar problem! Can you tell which tire I like?

Thanks for writing this review! While shopping for new upgraded tires for my garden cart I read this and decided to upgrade my wheelbarrow tires at the same time. The difference between the normal wheelbarrow tire and this one is amazing and I expect it to be well worth the time and money to do it!SRC

Speedy delivery and high quality products. I ordered the RV tire cover as well as 5 trailer tires. I had to replace the awful and extremely poor quality tires that came with the Farm-Tuff Utility Trailer — 2,200-Lb. Capacity, Model# 03813 wagon that i ordered from Northern Tool.

Ask the Experts about this Kenda Trailer Tires and Wheels

  • Is There a Normal PSI Rating for a ST205/75D15 Size Tire
The psi rating for tires actually depends more on their load range than if they are bias or radial. For example, the Loadstar # AM1ST91 has a load range of B which is 1,480 lbs at 35 psi while the Loadstar # AM1ST92 has a load range of C which is 1,820 lbs at 50 psi. Both of these tires are ST205/75D15 size tires. You can find the operating psi rating for your tire on the sidewall. This is the pressure that it was tested and approved for when it comes to the weight capacity.

  • Trailer Wheel for a 15 by 5 Inch Wheel with a 5 on 5-1/2 Bolt Pattern
With a bolt hole measurement of 3-1/4 inches on a 5 bolt pattern that would mean you have a 5 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. We have one wheel with that bolt pattern, # 560555SWA. This wheel has a pilot hole that measures 4-1/4 inches in diameter. If your existing wheels center on the hubs using wheel bolts and not lug nuts then this wheel will not work. If it uses lug nuts then you can use this wheel because having a larger pilot hole is fine. With this wheel size you will need to use an ST205/75-15...

  • Will an ST205/75-15 Trailer Tire Fit In Place of a 205/70-15 Tire
There is only a slight difference between 205/70-15 tires and 205/75-15 tires. A 205/70-15 will be 8 inches wide and 26.3 inches tall. A 205/75-15 will be 8 inches wide and 27.3 inches tall. As long as there is more than 1/2 an inch of clearance above the existing tires you can switch to the 205/75-15 tire size. We have a few tires in this size. Tire # AM1ST91 is a load range B rated for 1,480 pounds at 35 psi. Tire # AM1ST92 is a load range C bias ply tire rated for 1,820 pounds...

  • Matching Trailer Tire Capacity with Wheel Capacity to Reach Maximum Tire Capacity
Any given tire will fit a range of wheel widths but that doesn't mean they all will carry the same rating. To achieve the maximum capacity of a given tire the wheel will need to meet or exceed the tire's capacity. Also, for any given tire size there are different load ranges with different capacities. For example tire # AM1ST91 is also a 205/75-15 but it is a load range B (whereas the one above is a load range D) and it is rated for 1,480 pounds. With a couple of exceptions, 15x5...

  • Can an ST225/75D15 Tire be Used as a Temporary Spare for an ST205/75D15 Trailer Tire
You can use an ST225/75D15 as a temporary spare (provided the wheel is 6 or 6-1/2 inches wide) but you definitely do not want to have it on for long. I would say that it is fine to use to get you to a place that can repair or replace the 205/75-15. For replacement 205/75-15s we have a load range C, # AM1ST92 and a load range B # AM1ST91. The 225 will be 13/16 inches wider and about 1 inch taller so it will affect how the trailer tracks and put added stress on the 205 side. I have included...

The Trailer Wheel, # 560555SWA, will accept tire size 205/75-15 and a few others. For this tire size, we have a few options. For a bias ply tire, we have a load range B, # AM1ST91, rated for 1,480 pounds at 35 psi. We also have a bias ply load range C, # AM1ST92, rated at 1,820 pounds at 50 psi. The 7.75-15 tire would be around 7-3/4 inches wide with an approximate diameter of 27-3/4 inches.
