  • Replacement Lens for Bargman 92 Series Trailer Tail Lights
Thanks so much for the photo and based on that you have the Bargman Trailer Tail Light # 30-92-001, which is the 92 Series of Bargman tail light (the SAE just stands for Society of Automotive Engineers and isn't an identifier for a part). So based on your photo we do have the exact replacement lens you need, which is: - Replacement Lens for Bargman 92 Series Surface Mount Tail Lights # 30-92-012

  • Replacement Trailer Taillights for Bargman 30-91-010 and 30-91-011 Taillights
Based on the number you listed you would need the part # 30-92-001 and then for the side that carries the license plate you would want the part # 30-92-003 that has the license plate bracket and light to illuminate the plate. The difference in part numbers is due to the one side holding the license plate and the other not carrying it. Both of the lights have the needed wires to install.

Running the ground wire of your junction box to the trailer frame is a great way to ground it. Unless you were planning on running individual ground wires from the lights back to a ground circuit of the junction box you can run the ground wire of the connector before the box an be totally fine.

  • LED Taillight Options to Replace Bargman 92 Series Taillights
Based on the 30-92-XXX partial part number you provided, it sounds like you have Bargman 92 Series taillights. These taillights measure 8-9/16 inches long x 4-9/16 inches wide x 2-1/8 inch thick. I have some options for LED taillights for you, however there is not a direct LED replacement for the 92/94 Series lights. If you want to stay with Bargman lights for you trailer, you can use the Bargman LED Surface Mount, Double Tail Light, 84/85 Series # 47-84-610. This double taillight offers...

  • Can Trailer Taillight part # RVST50 Be Converted to LED
What you can do is replace the bulb in the light with an LED to replace bulb type 2057 and you would have converted the RVST50 and RVST51 to be LED. We do not currently carry that bulb # 30-84-057 in an LED option. If you have the similar Bargman light # 30-92-001 and # 30-92-003 then you would need bulb style 1157 like # CM93236.

  • Replacing Bargman 30-91-10 Rear Brake Light on 1994 Palomino Pop Up Camper
I spoke with my contact at Bargman and he informed me that the 91 Series Bargman Lights, like what you have on your camper, are no longer produced by the manufacturer and the replacement lenses are not available. For the rear brake light on your Palomino Pop Up Camper, you will need to replace the assembly. To replace the assembly, I recommend looking at a Bargman 92 Series Light like # 30-92-001, as these are very similar to the 91 Series models. This light assembly measures 8-9/16...

  • Both Turn Signals Function as One After Rewiring Trailer
If I understand you correctly, the turn signal lights both operate at the same time when either the left hand turn signal or the right hand turn signal is applied. If that is the case then the only thing that could cause this is a short between the left and right hand turn signal wires. I understand the trailer was just rewired so if that is the case then the most likely culprit is in the trailer connectors. There could be strands of wire touching each other in the terminal or there could...

To replace the Bargman 30-91-010 and 30-91-011 taillights on your trailer, you will use the Bargman # 30-92-001 for the side without the license plate and # 30-92-003 for the side that carries the license plate. These assemblies measure 8-9/16 inches long, 4-9/16 inches wide and 2-1/8 inches thick. I recommend measuring your existing lights to ensure a compatible match. The main connector grounds should be attached to clean and corrosion free bare metal surfaces. The...

If the light mounting surface on your older Prowler trailer is not flat enough to allow for use of caulk for sealing the rear of the RV Tail Light # 30-92-001 then you might want to use a weather strip tape like # WS1412 which is 1/4-inch thick x 1/2-inch wide in a 45-foot roll. I went out to the warehouse and, using our digital calipers, took the dimensions of the holes that you will need screws for. The diameter of the hole measured 5.25mm. • Why Will Fuse Blow When Brakes or Turn Signal is Applied on 2008 Ford F-250 Towing a Trailer
It sounds as if you have a ground connection issue, or a short on the tail light circuit on the trailer. Most likely it is a bad ground that will need to be found. The bad ground shows up when the tail lights are turned on and the brake or blinker is used because that is when the highest amount of amperage draw is placed on the wiring. I would start with the trailer connector on the truck and trailer. Open them up and make sure there is no white or green corrosion causing an issue inside...

  • How to Wire A Replacement RV Tail Light on a Coleman Pop Up Camper with Red Tail Light Wire
It is likely that the red wire is a jumper wire from one side of the trailer to the other for the running lights. You can verify this by testing the wires using a circuit tester such as # 40376. Connect the trailer to the tow vehicle and have someone operate the light functions while you test the wires. For example, if you are replacing the lights with the RV Tail Light # 30-92-001, the white wire is for ground, the green wire is for turn and stop, and the remaining wire is for running lights.

  • Recommended Replacement LED Taillights For 2013 Jayco White Hawk Travel Trailer

Going with an LED lamp is a great idea, brighter light while using a fraction of the electricity. It's not too often you can have your cake and eat it too, but this is one of those times. Using a lamp like # 328-003-81LBM1 for the driver and # 328-003-81BM1 for the passenger side would provide a lamp pretty similar in size to what you had before, but the 22-diode lamps would be considerably...

First, use a circuit tester like # 40376 if needed to test the brown wire to make sure it is functioning properly at the vehicle side connector. If not then you will need to troubleshoot the vehicle. On light # 30-92-001 the green wire is the running light circuit and the black wire is brake light/turn signal. Make sure the main trailer connector is grounded to a clean and corrosion free bare metal surface. Do the same for the lights. If the trailer has an aluminum frame, grounding...

  • How to Properly Ground Trailer Marker and Taillights
Each lamp needs to be grounded either through its mounting studs being in direct contact with the trailer frame or by having a jumper wire ran from the lamp to the trailer frame. Ground the trailer connector at the front of the trailer, which will use the trailer frame as a ground wire. This method is the most simple and effective. You could run a ground loop, but if everything's properly grounded, it won't be necessary. I'll link you to our FAQ article on trailer wiring.

  • The Main Reason for Nearly All Trailer Wiring Problems
Rewiring a travel trailer like yours would be pretty challenging as you will need to most likely remove interior walls to access the wiring. Since it would be much easier to check the grounds first (as that is most likely the actual problem) I recommend you start there. Nearly all trailer wiring issues are ground related. Try finding a better ground for the light assemblies on your trailer to see if the issues you are having go away. Some assemblies ground through their mounting hardware....

Bargman does not offer an exact drop-in replacement but we do offer plenty of comparable items from their current product line. • How to Wire the Stop, Turn and Tail Light, # 30-92-001
The Stop, Turn and Tail Light, # 30-92-001, has a total of 3 wires. The white wire is the ground and needs to be connected to a clean and corrosion free metal surface. It sounds as if the clearance lights are using the turn signal function instead of the running light function. Usually, the running light function on a trailer is a brown wire. You can use a circuit tester to find the correct wire. This wire will split off at some point near the rear of the trailer with one end going to...

  • Why Would Trailer Blinker Stop Working When Head Lights Come On
Try improving the connection of the main ground wire of the trailer wiring harness. Make sure it is attached to a clean metal surface. Or you can run all of the trailer wires back to the main ground. This is actually the ideal solution. But you can also check the current grounds for the lights to make sure they are making a solid connection to a clean metal surface. What you described is the classic insufficient ground scenario so finding a way to improve the grounds will fix the problem.
