As much as I paid for these, the mounting hardware should have been included instead of having to order a hardware kit costing an extra $XXX. If I didn’t need these so bad I’d return them.1398740

Wow! Trailer rides a lot smoother, between new leaf springs and the new equalizers the trailer rides better than it did when new.1261635

Direct replacement for existing Equa Flex suspension component. The original didn’t last long (5000 miles) but a replacement with the greasable pivots and replacement to beefier stock linkages should help. Time will tell. Installation easy enough - did it at the RV park with some wood blocks, 8 ton jack and hand tools. Not an excellent review because I’m a bit disappointed the original didn’t last long.935769

See what our Experts say about this Lippert Trailer Leaf Spring Suspension
The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC145546 that you referenced is a kit of two equalizers. These are rated for use on axles with capacities between 5,000 lbs and 8,000 lbs. So since your 15k trailer would most likely have a pair of 8k axles this kit would work great at smoothing out your ride quality as well as being properly weight rated. view full answer...
The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC145546 are not designed to be rebuilt, and replacement rubber cores are unavailable. Although it is a less than ideal solution, if the rubber cores wear out the only choice is total replacement with a new # LC145546. view full answer...
I believe you are asking about an equalizer upgrade kit, and we have no way of knowing what is on a 2003 Sunnybrook but can tell you how to determine it. What you need to do is simply measure from center to center of the bolt holes horizontally, and from the center of the equalizer to the center of the top bolt hole; you'll also need to know your axle's weight capacity.
For example, if your equalizers measured 7-1/2" from bolt hole to bolt hole and 4" from center of the equalizer to the... view full answer...
Since the TREQE1 is 7-1/2 inches between bolt hole centers from left to right the correct Equa Flex equalizer is the part # LC145546. The part # LC279687 wouldn't be quite long enough. view full answer...
The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers are not repairable so they will need to be replaced entirely. That said, you have an older model so the new ones will be a nice upgrade. The correct replacement is the part # LC145546. The correct wet bolt kit is the Lippert Tandem Axle Equa-Flex AP Kit part # LC64FR. view full answer...
So I can help you determine which are the correct cushioned Equa-Flex cushioned equalizers are for your 2019 Vanleigh Pinecrest, though this will require you to take a measurement. The reason for that is because there is no such thing as a list of replacement parts or parts that fit specific years, makes and models of trailers - there are just way too many trailers.
But it is still an easy thing to determine with a simple ruler, since you already have the important information in that... view full answer...
With your axles having a 33 inch wheel base and 5,200 pounds of capacity, we definitely have a couple options available. Both of these options will definitely work with your 33 inch wheel base and can be used with 5,200 pound axles.
The first will be the Lippert Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers - Double Eye Springs - Tandem Axle - 5K to 8K - Greasable Pivot # LC145546. This will match your 4 inch height, but will be a bit longer at 7-1/2 inches. This shouldn't be an issue, but it may end... view full answer...
The big difference between the Equa Flex equalizer # LC145546 and the Dexter EZ Flex part # K71-652-00 is the dimensions as they basically provide the same cushioning. The EZ Flex has a distance between the mounting holes of 5-5/8 inch and the Equa Flex has 7-1/4 inches for that dimension. view full answer...
The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC145546 that includes the 4 wet bolts has greaseable pivot points. This means you can replace the lower bolts that hold the pivot arms in place and replace them with the 4 wet bolts. This kit is rated for 5,000lb to 8,000lb trailer applications.
The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279688 does not have greaseable pivot points and is rated for 6,000lb to 8,000lb trailer applications.
Beyond those differences these are the same size with a 4" bolt... view full answer...
I wasn't able to find any specific information on your 2015 AML Auto Hauler open trailer with tandem 5,200 lbs axles current suspensions. There isn't a database I can look at and tell you exactly what part number you will need. The Lippert Tandem Axle Equa-Flex AP Kit - Wet Bolts - 3-1/8" Long Shackles item # LC64FR are a great option and work with 3,000 lbs - 8,000 lbs equalizers. If you're going to replace the rusty old shackles you should go ahead and put in new equalizers. You will... view full answer...
The Wet Equalizer Bolt with Locknut and Grease Zerk # 126B2 and Bronze Bushing # D014-077-00 can be used to replace the wet bolts that are frozen on your 2020 Grand Design Momentum 351M.
The wet bolts on the Momentum were most likely not serviced properly from the dealer/owner of the camper is my guess. If water got into the bushings and caused rust to develop this is what I feel may be causing you to not be able to install grease into the bolt. Typically the grease zerk will be the first... view full answer...
