etrailer support staff gets 5 stars. However...
The kit I received was incomplete. Bushings were missing, two shackle links and a shackle link assembly were missing. Additionally, one of the shackle link assemblies would not accept its' mating link - the bolt shafts were spread apart.
one of the equalizer assemblies did not have that gold anodize coating, another had incomplete anodize coating. see pic.
etrailer staff shipped me the bushings and the shackle link assemblies to complete my project. As for the finish, POR 15 gloss black is a lovely color. The issue here is with Dexter, not etrailer

The ride seems to be smoother on the trailer. If I could ride inside it under way it would be easier and more objective than from the towing vehicle to say how improved the trailers ride is. I think the chassis experiences far less jolting that before.

I think this kit was returned or repacked. All parts thrown in together, no protection for the powder coated parts which are now chipped.
The Dexter kit itself is a great upgrade for trailer suspension.

Installation was straight forward. I like the fact that you can easily grease each pivot point via the wet bolts. Upgrading the bushings from plastic to brass makes me feel its meant to last.

Works well - hope it lasts. Replaced like for like on my 2012 Road Warrior after the original failed and allowed the middle and rear tires to touch when travelling. The rubber shock degrades and allows the hinge to travel farther than its designed to go - allowing the tires to move close together. I do like the wet bolts and brass bushings. Ill be sure to watch for excessive wear and replace if necessary.

The product was delivered in good condition. It was missing six of the wet bolts and I called etrailer and they looked it up off my phone number and I had them in about four days so I’m happy with that. The trailer does seem to ride better It took took me and my son about 4 1/2 hours to install but I have a triple axel. Some of the old bushings didn’t want to come out and I took a 5/8 drill bit and ran it through the leaf spring ends and they come right out. I read some of the other reviews on Heartland trailers and noticed the middle axle runs crooked. Mine was the same way. This kit has straightened my center axle out.

Had these EZ Flex installed on my triple axle toy hauler. Couldn't have been happier with the instant improvement from the old traditional stock suspension system. The ride was smooth and steady with no more bounce from the trailer! I would recommend to anyone with trailer suspension issues.

I I usually look at your vids and then on internet to get a good prospective about what I am getting ready to do . Measure twice cut once....Would save me time from scrolling through bad vids !!!!!!

One of the piviots came in with a broken grease fitting that was a real pain toget the broken piece out.After waiting 3 weeks to get the kit I did not want to wait for another one so I fixed it myself.
I have not installed it yet so can not say how well it works yet.
