Jeff Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this nylon suspension bushing. Now this nylon bushing is designed for use in the eye of a leaf spring or the bolt holes of equalizers to ensure proper sizing for the suspension bolts. A few measurements on this one. The total length on this bushing, one into the other, is 1 3/4 inches.
The overall diameter or outside diameter is 11/16 of an inch, and the inside diameter is 9/16 of an inch. But that should do it for the review on this nylon suspension bushing.

So these are little nylon bushings, hard to elaborate poetic about them, they are what they are.

Fast, smooth transaction.
I ordered the brackets that the leaf spring "eyes" bolt on to. I simply cut off the old one with the out of round holes, due to a bolt that had slipped almost all the way out, and welded on the new brackets. It was a perfect fit. Thanks, etrailer!

Bought 4 leaf springs, bolts, bushings, etc... Needed it next day, and the shipping cost more than the parts, which tells me the parts were a great price. All was well, on time, and to order. The only problem was I should have ordered two more shackle bolts... but that's on me. Thanks Guys and Gals. I am a happy 62 year old Marine Vet back on the road!

They are fine everything went together as it should, The bushing seem to be a good bit heftyier than stock Dexter bushings
