Today we're going to be taking a look at a round pipe mount swivel jack with the included foot plate. This utility jack is going to let you raise and lower your trailer. It's going to have a lift capacity of 7000 pounds and a support capacity of 8000 pounds. It's going to feature the tubular swivel design. This is going to let you swing the jack up along the trailer frame for storage, or you can bring it back down when you're ready to use it. It's going to come with your pull pin. This is going to hold the jack in either position, so that is included.

It is connected to the jack with a chain lanyard that way you don't have to worry about misplacing that or losing it. It's also going to come with the weld on pipe mount. This is a raw steel so it's ready to be welded on to the trailer frame. This gets welded on, then this piece connected to the jack, slides right in there, and then it can rotate inside that pipe mount. It allows it to move up into a stowed position or down into a usable position. The four holes that go around the pipe mount will line up with the four holes on the jack.

That way you can swing it whether it's towards the front or towards the rear of the trailer, and it's easy to move it to the stowed or usable position. It's a really nice design, very easy to use. The jack's also going to feature the top line handle. This is going to give us a handle radius measuring from the center of where it mounts to the outer edge of the hand grip of about 9 3/4 inches. It's got the claw grip on it, allows for an easy grip design when you're raising and lowering; just allows for nice easy cranking. You can see here that the jack has a really nice fluid design to it.

I don't feel any kinking or binding. Seems like it has a nice smooth operation. The handle can be flipped over or rotated over, to stowed position when it's not being used. Just like that. Very quick and easy to do. The jack is going to be made from a steel construction.

The outer tube is going to feature a black powder coat finish to resist rust and corrosion. The inner tube and the foot plate are going to feature a clear zinc finished which is going to be resistant toward rust and corrosion as well. The foot plate is going to be welded to the bottom of the inner tube. That's going to give us a measurement of about 8 inches by about 6 inches so the nice large design is going to do a great job at spreading out the applied weight even on softer ground to prevent sinking. It's also going to do a great job at increasing overall stability. The bracket height, measuring from the bottom of the foot plate to the center of the weld on bracket, fully retracted so that the jack is low as it will go, that's going to measure about 16 inches. With it fully extended that measurement increased to 31 1/4 inches which is going to give this jack a travel or lift of about 15 1/4 inches. The outer tube is going to give us a diameter of 2 1/4 inches and the inner tube is going to measure 2 inches in diameter.
