I am using it for an accessory jack on the back of my car hauler trailer to facilitate heavier loads when loading and unloading. Great product.
These jacks are essential elements for moving and installing our interactive public art work "Ourself".
Each side of the piece has 3 jacks in it. The jacks are critical for the last step which we require precise and careful assembly. When in place we retract the jacks and the piece sits exactly where we want it.

Works great I mounted on my UHV trailer
The product is outstanding. However, I am going to have to return it. I need the same jack in a top crank version. I thought this side crank would work. The crank does not clear diagonal bracing on the trailer.
I intended to call Monday to see if I can exchange this for a top crank version.
No issues finding what I need and videos are very helpful if I have questions plus I know I can get questions answered

Great value and high quality. I love the videos on the website. Shipping was fast and packaging was very good. If anyone is looking fir a high quality trailer jack - this is the place to go. I purchased 2 of these to go on my trailer to use as stabilizers on the very back of the trail when I load my tractor. They work great and install was easy!
Ordered/received 3 side crank trailer jacks to replace broken and top crank jacks. Farm for a living and still don't know why some implements come from the manufacture(s) with those PITA top crank jobs. Top cranks are harder to operate and usually interfear with the hitch, hydraulic hoses, electrical hookups and whatnots. Next order will be for longer SIDE wind jacks
My utility trailer had a center-mounted jack which I never liked. It was always getting in the way when dropping the tailgate on my truck, or opening a back door on my van while the trailer was hooked up. It also had a horizontal crank which interfered with the trailer spare tire mounted on the front of the trailer. This jack solved all my problems plus looks great. This trailer jack is rated for more weight than I really need, but I tend to "over-engineer" things anyway. Very pleased.
This sidewind jack was just what I needed. Great quality and uber strong. My trailer has a taller jack with footplate. I wanted to add a caster to it but then that jack would have been too tall with the addition of the 6" wheel. So, I ordered this one, cut the footplate off, drilled a hole and bolted the caster on. Couldn't be happier! And yes, I know that it is no longer rated to 5000 lbs with my modification. It will never see more than 1000 lbs.
It's great you can take it off and on when you're pulling your trailer so it doesn't get salt water on it causing the gear to rust if water should get inside the housing.

I got three Pro Series jacks for a small generator trailer. I used one on the tongue and two for the rear as out riggers to stabilize the trailer while the generator is in use. The jacks seem to be good quality and what you would expect, great price and fast shipping.

This was a great product it installed easily and a year later it is still working correctly no issues, but I didn't expect any issues because everything I've bought so far from etrailers has been long lasting and great products, but most of all etrailers has the best customer service and the most experience people making me want to go to them for all of my trailer needs. Great selection. Arrived very quickly standard delivery and just as advertised. I haven't welded it to my trailer yet, but it is a high quality jack. The videos available on this site make installation very straight-forward as well. Definitely a go to site for Trailer parts.
The product itself works great every time but, they do need to work on their packaging. I've ordered a ton of these for work and the box usually comes ripped open because of how heavy they are.
Great jack, fast service, reasonable price. The side crank jack is well made, all fittings are sturdy, the side crank is easier to operate than the top crank, and it is less susceptible to rain intrusion.
Perfect to my needs, this will fit my trailer perfectly and no more dragging on the concrete and bumps! I ordered the wrong size too and the return was super easy, as was ordering the new one. It took one day for it to arrive, not too surprised considering I live three hours away, but the point is there was an issue, and they took care of me. Fantastic service! TWO THUMBS UP!!
We have a LOT of swivel jacks on this farm, the one I got from you will contend with the best of them. Even with shipping charges it was half the cost of anything in town.
Excellent jacks for the price. Installed on rear end of car trailer to keep from lifting my van when loading. Worked great.
I received my jack quickly. Already have it welded on my trailer. Nice, smooth action. I like the fact that I can remove the jack if I want.

If you are looking for a top wind version of this jack I recommend Proseries pipe-mount trailer jack part # PS1401460303. Part # PS1401460303 is Pipe-Mount Swivel Top Wind Jack that includes the Footplate with a 10 inch lift. It can lift up to 5,000 lbs and should give you more clearance than a sidewind jack.
