The bolts fit perfectly. The install was very easy too with 2 people. The Matt black blends with bumper and looks great. I recommend this hitch ! The price and quality thumbs up
Easy fit. Total install was about 20 minutes by myself. Used a gallon paint can and a block of wood to hold one side up while I got the bolts started on the other side. Highly recommended. Very sturdy!

etrailer hitch fit perfectly. You came through for me again.
I put a 12” high pail under one side to hold it up into place, and my wife shone a flash light for me. Put a couple of bolts in on the opposite side and then finished up on the pail side. Complete install of the hitch was 35 minutes, including torquing. Not to bad for a 75 years young senior. Thanks again.
The mounting holes were just a hair off on my 2022 Nissan murano My helper and I was able to open up the hitch and it fit perfectly.
great bike rack. Makes lifting the heavy bikes easy on the back by being able to lift 1/2 the bike and put the front tire in the cradle then lifting the back half into the rear tire cradle. Also, the ratchet clamps do a great job holding the bikes down when transporting.

Easy installation with help from a friend to support it while booting it on. Looks good too. It impacted the “open the rear hatch with my foot” feature a little but it still works if you kick in to right place.

I really havent used the hitch as much as I thought I would. But, the finish and fit are still as good as new after a year so thats a good thing.
Hitch arrived well before estimated delivery. Installation went as smooth as the video. A 20 gauge brush works great to clean to holes.

It is working great.
hitch was as described and very well built, but part of hitch was sticking out of the shipping box upon arrival. I know that shipping companies really suck as of lately so might need secure products better inside of box.
Nice product. Make sure you preinsert the bolts in the holes to make sure the threads are clear before moving the hitch in position. I used a small floor jack to lift and hold it in place - worked great. Took me longer to clear the threads than install the hitch.
Excellent customer service. (I ordered my hitch at 8:00 at night.) Hitch arrived in 3 workdays. Good installation instructions. Easy to install.
Installed easily ,one side called for 3 bolts but I only could install 2,middle bolt would not line-up. should be good for what I'm towing

Normally, the outer bolts may pose a problem during the install. However, since this is the middle bolt, the only thing I can think of, is that all of the bolts need to be put in and lined up finger tight before you torque them. If you torque the bolts past finger tight, then it can misalign the other bolts.
Received the hitch in perfect shape. I was able to install it by myself without special tools or needing to jack up the vehicle. It was somewhat of a challenge (I'm 66 yrs. old and not a really strong guy) but I did it! It fits perfectly! The Swagman XC bike rack which your consultant recommended works great with the hitch. Great job, etrailer!!

Hitch receiver arrived in perfect condition and mounted perfectly. Ensure you have an appropriate size tap to clean out the holes on the undercarriage of the vehicle. The bolts install much easier!
I have to say I doubted the ease at what you stated about how easy an install it would be. Well as someone who has installed at least 8 trailer hitches over the years, and now being (let’s say a little older) this was by far the easiest I have ever done. Partially to Nissan and how they prep for this, but your product looks nice, fit perfect, I do like the matte finish better as well. And more than anything, as someone who hesitates for a lot of feed back. THANK YOU
DIY took about an hour on my 2018 Nissan Murano, which included tapping the nuts welded to the frame. In a couple of spots needed to be careful not to break the tap due to the close vicinity of exhaust brackets. Looks nice and was a perfect fit. Very happy with how it installed.
Easy installation. After 1 year, still happy with the appearance and it functions as designed.

I choose the etrailer brand hitch over the other brands for cost. I guess the old sayings is right: ‘you get what you pay for’.
The matte black finish looks good on the vehicle but only 4 of the 5 bolt holes line up correctly. I doubt there’s much variation in the placement of the bolts at the Nissan plant, so this is just a sloppily built hitch. It seems secure enough with 4/5 bolts torqued in, so I plan to leave it as is.

Thank you for your review. It does seem the hitch became flexed in shipping. That is the most common reason why 1 bolt hole will not line up. We cannot recommend not having all of the hardware torqued down to the specifications in the instructions. I recommend to remove the hitch and flex it back into place before reinstallation. I know this is not ideal but it is the safest way. The mounting brackets are made from a mild steel that allows the hitch to flex with the vehicle after installation so they can sometimes bend out of place in shipping. I have attached a link to show how to flex it back.

This trailer hitchbis solid. I will say I wonder if the right screws were provided. Had to literally use air tools to get them in, but seems super solid.
My hitch was sprung and could not be installed. The return process was easy with etrailer.
Perfect! We were a bit scared when the bolts for the hitch wouldn’t go in due to rusting and dirt. Nothing a power tool couldn’t handle. Perfect bike rack for my Murano!
