A great hitchThis is a very good heavy duty hitch and was easy to install.
It arrived within two days of when I ordered it and in great shape. They actually upgraded my shipping at no extra cost to me. All the parts were there. The hitch alligned perfectly with the preexcisting holes and was easy to bolt on. Looks great! Wouldn't have taken long to install either if it weren't for 110 degree weather. Still only took about 45min to an hour.
2" reciver installationThe installation of the 2" receiver went very smoothly. Found all the hardware was included which is always a plus. The installation took only about 20 minutes which was also nice because the temperature was only 10 degrees F.

DrawTight makes a great hitch; quality materials and excellent welding. This hitch fit my 2010 Tundra perfectly. I installed it in half an hour with the help of an air wrench. Pay attention to the instructions as to which part goes where, particularly the lock washers. Inspect and separate the hardware into piles and the installation should go smoothly. I'll be using it to tow my white water dory and mount my bike rack and look forward to the fun of using those toys.

Quality of the product seems very good. Instructions, in particular the videos on the ETrailer.com site, are very good. I won't knock a star for UPS and their horrible shipping practices, the packaging was fairly destroyed.

The hitch came right on time and installation was easy. Directions were easy to follow and it fit our 2011 Tundra well. Have not tried hauling with it yet but the build gives me confidence it will do a good job.
