Instructions were clear and helpful. Hitch bolted right in. I did need to purchase a tap to clear out the road grime from the frame bolts in the car. The tap cost all of $8.00.
excellent! hardest part was disconnecting rubber exhaust mount. i couldn't get it off so i installed it just fine without removing it!!!

very easy to installUnless you are installing this on a new van, be sure to spray some WD 40 type lube on the threaded frame holes. Over time, they develop some rust and the lube will make it easier to insert and tighten the bolts
My hitch arrived on time and exactly as ordered. The installation was easy (2011 sienna) and I'm very satisfied.
My van is a Toyota Sienna. The only problem is that the hitch is too low and sometimes it crash in the ground if I not careful. It is kind of annoying

I had the same issue on my 05 Sienna. I added a set of Timbrens to the rear end and it solved the problem.
