For a 2022 Highlander Hybrid: This hitch, along with the custom wiring kit, mounting bracket, and 4-flat tester, arrived within 5 days of my order, all nicely packaged and in good shape. Installation went smoothly; everything fit perfectly and worked first time. Many thanks to Etrailer for great service, and a special shout-out to Ryan for his installation videos - a huge help.
Everything came very quickly, all parts. Hitch seems really heavy duty and weighs around 50-60 lbs.. The metal frame plates are thick 1/4 - 3/8" thick steel, good large welds! The hitch did come scuffed up so now I have to paint these areas so they don't rust under the car. I was going to add more paint to this anyway, but still this shouldn't be. I will install soon. My photos won't upload.

The quality of the hitch appears excellent. I was able to install it myself the day I got it. I put it on a 2021 Toyota Highlander XLE. The plastic panel on the driver side needs to be trimmed as shown in the directions. See the picture or how it looks when reinstalled. The fit was perfect.
Just installed it (2021 Highlander Hybrid Platinum) with my 17-year old son. Took about an hour and 15 minutes. Not difficult at all. I’ll be testing it this weekend and will post more afterwards. It is definitely solid though!
This is an extremely durable and heavy duty trailer hitch. It fit perfectly on my 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited. The foot kick sensor still works just fine for the hands free liftgate. I just kick under the new hitch bar and point my toes up around the back and it works every time. I installed it myself. Tightened it with my socket wrench and went to an auto parts store to rent a torque wrench to tighten it up the rest of the way. I don't own one and didn't want to buy one just for six bolts. I trimmed a little bit of the plastic underbody panel with an oscillating trimmer tool, not the entire suggested piece in the instructions. Only what needed to be removed for the driver's side of the new hitch plate that is exposed.

great, the video explained well on how to install it.
A one person installation! With the online installation video in hand I was able to install the hitch and light wiring in 1.5 hrs. The hitch bolted up easily and the T light wiring kit was as simple as the online video explained. Best of all, this hitch looks good.
Great high quality hitch and super easy to install. Installed on 23 Highlander limited with no issues. Hands free lift gate still functions as normal. Great price and fast shipping.
Shipped quickly by ETrailer. Arrived promptly in perfect condition. Installed in less than 1 hour without lifting the vehicle. Some cutting of a plastic panel on drivers side required. Be sure that you have 20" wheels. The foot-operated rear gate switch still works fine! All is well as with many past orders from them!

I’ve hauled our utility trailer and bike rack about 10 times since purchase and it has performed as promised. Finish is unblemished.
The only thing I would recommend is better boxes. The hitch is always breaking out when I get it.

Fit and finish were excellent, not difficult to install.
It seems great I don’t have a vehicle lift I didn’t it in the driveway took me about an hour, hour and half. The instructions were great but the video is awesome. I’m glad I got it looks good and seems really steady.

Tow hitch was delivered quickly, directions were easy to understand, took me about 45mins to install hitch and the wiring harness. This hitch is more noticeable , not as hidden as the one I had on my 2017 Highlander
