A well made product. I had it professionally installed so it only took about 25 min. Now I’m out riding my bike.
I have installed hitch but have yet to use it. Product quality seems great. HOWEVER...a die grinder is needed to widen the frame holes to fish hardware through frame. I got the job done with an old file but it took a long time. I didn't see anywhere in the ordering process that specialty tools were needed.
I placed an order, the product was out of stock so I was quickly notified and offered an appropriate alternative.
It arrived quickly, was easy to install and works as promised!
