I ordered this so I could put a One Up bike rack on the back of my 2016 CRV. The hitch is sturdy and I was able to install it myself in about an hour or so. Works great!
This carried a 50lbs ebike and a road bike on an extended bike rack, the rack having an extender on it made it bounce around a lot but after 50,000 miles during van life, it still holds its original form. Definitely worth it.
Quality construction, excellent fit and easy installation.
Installed on my 2017 Ram Promaster.Takes about an hour with Wisconson Salt and rust on bolts. My local Ram dealership quoted me $1600.00 for hitch and wiring. etrailer soaked me about $175.00 without wiring. I'll install that later.If picture is shown Lic plate is subtle.
The Hitch arrived in excellent condition and I immediately installed it.
Two things that I would like to comment. 1) The parts label was put onto the mounting plate instead of other places out of the way.It took considerable time to clean it off before the installation. 2) The installation instruction should add a consideration of moving the keyless entery LF antenna away from the center location of the bumper. If not, the new hitch will hit it.
super fast shipping. Was easy to put on. I am making a campervan Offroad van with my Promaster and wanted to put storage/bike/tow with it but didn’t have a hitch. This was the solution was super easy to put on,looks great. Made a custom bumper too that goes around it.

We are adding the Laverne step to your hitch. Works great and far superior to the brackets supplied with the step. It would be great if this were an offering. We’d buy for our fleet, and I’d bet others would too.
Trailer hitch arrived earlier than scheduled. It was exceptionally well-built and fit exactly onto rear bumper. Directions were good, and the wire provided to 'fish' the nut and washer through the bumper was superbly well-adapted for that task. Service agent on the phone prior to ordering was very helpful and courteous. Overall, I'm very happy with the product, its cost, and the support service provided.

Easy installation, one year later we have no problems
Great product and assembly instructions.
The hitch was easy to install. It was/is a high quality product.
So I just recently went into business for myself decided to get a hitch so I can build a bumper guard to protect my rear bumper from forklifts super easy install only took about 30 minutes!
Love everything about etrailer. Always have been correct on parts needed. Absolutely love the fact that they have videos on how to install things.

Fantastic, absolutely flawless.
Watched the trailer install video; install was quite easy and quick. Looks great. Mainly for bike rack and occasional small trailer. Note: Hitch metal thickness pushes bumper out about 3/16 inch; When reattaching the bumper, you might add an expansion joint strip between the bumper and body to fill the small gap. Fits perfect!

This was delivered in a couple days. Boxed very well. I followed the video and everything was very easy to complete. If I had to point out one thing, it's very to find the torque specifications in the paperwork. Maybe it's the small print, and I missed it. Don't let that stop you from ordering. I will order again. Awesome job etrailer.
Absolutely easy to install!!!! Shipping was fantastic. I expedite over the road for time critical freight, and this is one of the main pieces that I need. Haven’t got the rest of what I need yet but I will try to give additional feedback later.

I have had no problems with the hitch. Initially we used it for bicycles, now it it used to hold the yakima box and bike carrier. It seems to be very sturdy.

Easy install. Works Great!
So far have only used it for a bike hitch but it's worked great! Not difficult to install.
Product arrived quickly. Very easy to install. Was able to do it by myself. The install video was very good and helped speed up the install. One draw back is if you have the Promaster with a back up sensor like mine you will have to relocate the RF Antenna. It is in-between the the hitch and bumper.
Has performed as expected. Installation was easy, and the instructions provided were excellent.
I would give it 5 starts if the product did not leave gaps between the bumper cover and the frame. I wish the manufacturer provide a rubber shims between them. (See pictures) Very easy to install.

No issues at all a year later. Very happy with this purchase. I use it regularly with a hitch-mount motorcycle carrier.
