The instructions were straight forward and it didn't take a very long time to install the hitch (Maybe 20min total) I really like the way it seats underneath the bumper
Super easy install and perfect fit for my 2019 Sprinter 2500. Given that my intended use for the hitch was to attach a bike rack or additional storage, versus towing, I did not install the additional bolts that require drilling. Looks great, low profile
The product was shipped in a really heavy duty box but still came pretty banged up. The instructions were good but this was supposed to be a bolt-in product. One of the holes needs to be drilled but since the entire frame is boxed I can't get the hardware through the other side.
Victoria B - 06/10/2020the Curt hitch for my Sprinter 2500, 144WB is great. It bolts right on and the only questionable part is drilling into the frame with ? drill bit. That a pretty big drill bit and the website doesn't tell you the drill size needed, but does mention "drilling required". Other than that all went smoothly. All hardware provided and the hitch was packaged very well. Hard to beat etrailer for quick and free shipping !

Fit right in to my 2014 mercedes sprinter and drove to about 1000 miles with a car on the trailer no problems
It was excellent overall, but did not give me enough specialty tools to fish the bolts through the frame. Also the main fasteners were a little undersized and we're about 5% smaller than the vehicle bolt holes.

Great product. Awesome price. Very good instructions. I only had one small issue. On my 2019 2500 4x4 Sprinter the access hole to fish the backing plate and 1/2 bolt is on the side of the frame rail not on the bottom. The hole is too small to get the hardware through and it needed to be enlarged about 1/8”.
the hitch bolted right on with no problems. I had seen a video of the exhaust having to be modified because the hitch was in the way. It actually delayed be from buying one. This was not the case. I have a 2019 MB Sprinter

For '09 Sprinter 3500. Good product, good fit. Less prone to rust than other brands. Includes Grade 8 bolts. With other brands, I have had to purchase grade 8 bolts, because only grade 5 were included. I only pull fairly light trailers. I wouldn't anticipate any problems with any size trailer. A tab on the drivers side for the lights plug would be helpful. Self tapping screws in the side worked fine though. If thread lock tape or liquid was included, that would be nice. Fit and finish we’re great as well as customer service. It fit my 2019 mb sprinter passenger van 140” 4x4 quite well. I don’t know what the “doesn’t fit passenger van” is all about. I think I’m happier that I didn’t go with the draw tight. I like the design. Wear safety glasses, I got metal in my eye!

Fine tow hitch. Poor instructions. Am fairly experienced mechanic. Considerable problems fishing blind bolt with the poor instructions makes time estimates a joke.
