Fully welded vehicle trailer hitch is strong and durable. Draw-Tite's Tested Tough guarantee ensures that this hitch exceeds industry standards. The combination of an e-coat base and a powder coat finish provides excellent rust protection.Great product and installed easily. Dealing with etrailer was once again easy and pleasant. My only critique would be better packaging. It rattled around loosely in the box - ripping numerous holes in the box and scuffing the paint badly. Not a huge deal, but looks like I installed a used hitch instead of a new one. Sprinter 3500. Other than that, all great.
Put on when it showed up. Took 1 hour. Fit perfectly. Bought trailer 2 hours later and picked up some materials for work. Slick as a whistle baby.
Received one and installed it the next day. Took about a hour to jack it up and install the bolts. All necessary hardware was included. I did have get a bracket to mount the wiring plug in, but the did have holes predrilled to attach it.
Fits my 2022, 2500 passenger sprinter.

Haven't used it much but the install was pretty easy and haven't had any issues with rust. Luckily my van already had the 7 pin connector installed and all I had to do was zip tie it to the hitch. Wish it had come with some kind of mounting system for the connector but not a deal breaker
Perfect fit. Sprinter 2500 144" AWD passenger van.
I used my motorcycle jack and a 2x4 the width of the hitch to make this a half hour install great fit.

Product box was damaged and hitch didn't fit inside the box well. It should be packed better to ensure a quality product. Luckily it wasn't damaged.
The hitch mounted with ease, by myself on a 2014 Mercedes Sprinter passenger van with no rear step.
For bike rack people- I did run into the problem that the Kuat bike hitch rack I installed sat too close to the van and risked breaking the windows. I tried an 8" extension...lame. Still didn't have rear door use. So Kuat makes a Pivot swing away that works with any 2" hitch rack and problem solved. Full use of doors, and plenty of clearance from windows with handlebars.

30 minute, one person, two floor jack installation. The trailer hitch we purchased fit perfectly inside the frame and bolted to the existing factory bolt holes.
SImply remove the factory shipping tie down bracket, line up the hitch, install all eight bolts as described in the instructions and its that simple.

Hitch was the right fit and easy to install. The packaging was not the greatest and was pretty beat up and had some paint chips missing when it arrived.

I can confirm that this will fit on a 2023 sprinter. It bolted up with no problems.
Easy to install and fits nicely. I've towed a 2300 lb trailer 7000 miles with this hitch and had no problems.
Super easy install, took me less than one hour including the time needed to remove and reinstall my Luverne Step. The best part is that the hitch fits snug under the bumper allowing me to keep using my step. Both components utilize the same mounting holes and have the same diameter holes for the carriage bolts. Awesome service, fast delivery!

I was born with two left hands and I never thought I was able to actually do something with my hands. I only bought it because every place around was booked for the rest of the month and I didn’t wanted to wait 3 weeks to mount my bicycles to my new van.
