Factory step bumper must be mounted on inside of frame rail. Hitch does not fit Passenger vans, and does not fit models with 30-3/8" frame, measured outside to outside of frame. No drilling through vehicle frame required for installation

I have ordered from you in the past and have both good products and good customer service. I INSTALLED the E Trailer hitch today!! It took most of the day to find the right tools to loosen the six bolts on the 2019 Sprinter. Luckily my neighbor had a torque wrench, and 18mm tools or I would not have been able,to get this done. Another neighbor loaned me his car,Jack to move the hitch in place. Later he helped lift the part into place, as it most,certainly takes two people. The fit is very close, and goes up right next to the tail exhaust pipe.
Now,I have the factory installed Full length Step as well as the heavy duty hitch.
Perfect for bike racks, etc.
This will make it possible for me to haul the electrical components and still have a small bed and a galley in the 144 inch wheel base Mercedes Sprinter. I would not have known how important your hitch is without doing a lot of utube research. Be sure to show in your hitch description that your company designed this EASY to install on a Sprinter hitch product!

Hard to install due to the off balance weight of this but I eventually got this installed with my 10yr old son pushing the bolts through. All other installation procedures was easy.

I purchased this hitch for a 2013 Mercedes Sprinter with factory step bumper. After reading the description and some research, this appeared to be the best choice for my needs. I am happy to say that it was a great choice; the fit was perfect, the construction is solid, and paint is professional. The unit arrived timely and had good instructions included with the needed hardware to finish the installation, which took about 45 min.

Great product, Was a very easy install. It was nice having the ability to tow my enclosed trailer or have the dirt bike mounted on the back in order to have extra room.
