I have a 2024 RX 350 Premium, the hitch fits perfectly, I didn't have to remove or lower the exhaust, it took me about 40 minutes, it could take less time with the help of somebody but it's definitely something you can do on your own if you have the tools or you can just take it to local shop and pay a few bucks. I raised the car a few inches to give me enough room to work the wrench but not really necessary if u have a smaller torque.
The trunk kick open/close sensor still works, however you have bring your foot to slightly touch the hitch for the sensor to react to your foot.
Nice quick project.

The trailer hitch arrived on schedule and only took about 20 minutes to install. My son was able to help, which made it much easier. The hitch looks solid. I'm looking forward to using it.
The hitch mount fit just fine. A little tricky to get in place by myself, but I persevered. I would recommend a helper. The box arrived damaged, the tangs were protruding from the box, but it's a chunk of metal, so it was fine. It had broken free from the internal tie downs inside the box. I've attached a photo.
The fit was incredible! I did not have to drop my exhaust and I installed it by myself within a half hour.. The look is great and as described, now I have a receiver for my bike rack and storage basket, I can also tow if it becomes necessary..

Let's talk about excellent customer service. I needed this hitch and it seemed no one else had it. I was kept informed and able to plan my vacation. Everything went as I was told. The price was the best too. These folks do what they say!
Bought this for my 2024 Lexus RX350h. Received hitch two days after ordering online. Product was in excellent condition when received. I installed it myself using bungee cords on either end to hold receiver up and level while I maneuvered into position to attach bolts. Tight fit, but did not need to lower muffler.
Receiver is recessed 3" from outside of my bumper. Works well with my Kuat bike rack.

Hitch arrived on time, fit the vehicle and installed in 5 min longer than suggested time. Only issue is the box was damaged and area chipped/scuffed right at the hitch opening. Think better protection could be implemented.
Fits perfect. Was very easy to install. Took about 20 minutes. Would have been faster but I was doing it by myself and didn’t have anything tall enough to prop up the other side of the trailer hitch. Some advice: Put some Teflon tape or grease on the bolts in case you need to take it off some day. I didn’t do that with my last trailer hitch and taking it off didn’t go well.

For shipping, the corners of frame need to be wrapped or box needs reinforcement so frame doesn't cut through cardboard box and get scratched.

The box was damaged in 2 locations.part of hitch was exposed.it will be 10 days before i have it mounted.my new car won't be here until next week.
Simple installation can be done by one person but easier with two. No need to lower muffler. Highly recommended.
Hitch fit perfectly without lowering the muffler and exhaust pipes. Total time to install start to finish torquing bolts was less than 30 minute. Suggest different packing system. Boxing was damaged and hitch scratched. Customer Service agreed to a small credit to pay for touchup paint. Great product, great fit and great service. Boxing not so much.
Perfect solution for a bike rack on a Lexus RX 350h. Took me a while to get it on because there is just one of me and the piece is heavy. Once I thought of using the car’s jack to position the hitch vertically, everything went smoother
The Curt Trailer Hitch arrived bent. I had to use a bottle jack and 2X4 to spread the mounting flange to fit. Both flanges were bent inward.
The solution: mount a light-weight bar between the flanges prior to shipping.
After straightening, it installed as it should and fit.

Fit well. Installed reasonably easily. Provided bolts matched frame threads. Delivery time was longer than early estimate probably because the shipping box required repair in transit.

The hitch will get its first real test when we head to Florida in mid-November. Keep up the good work. I have recommended you to others. Easy install on our 2023 Lexus RX, just lifted in place and installed bolts. Torquing was a little tricky due to space but overall about a 30 min job. Did require two people to hold in place and get boots started. Nothing had to be removed to install.
