The combination of an e-coat base and a powder coat finish provides excellent rust protection.Excellent built hitch. Has a higher tongue weight rating than the Mopar hitch (Jeep JLU Sport S). Bolted right up to my Jeep, no need to drop the exhaust. Took probably 5 minutes to install. Instructions call for 18mm wrenches but the actual size required is 19mm, and there is enough room to get a ratchet in there, easily, despite the instructions indicating there isn't. Fast shipping from trailer and a fair price. Thanks!

Great fit! Bolted directly to the cross member of the Jeep and was tight. I put a small platform on, made for transport of a mobility scooter. We use it to transport firewood from the barn to the porch and it is strong and there is little or no play. The hitch is like part of the Jeep in strength and form
Excellent trailer hitch for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Fit perfectly with no installation issues. Took me all of fifteen minutes to install, had to grind a small welding splitter from the Jeep mounting cross member where the hitch attaches to, that was the Jeep Factories fault.
I also repainted the area where I had to grind on, so no corrosion and no rust would set in.
Over all the install was Great. Install directions were excellent as well.

Tip for EcoDiesel specific install -- drop the DEF tank a bit to access the bolt holes easier!
This Draw-Tite hitch is both high quality and easy to install. The 6 3/8” extended receiver brings the 2” opening closer to the edge of the spare tire than any other hitch I’ve seen.
Perfect fit! Well worth the price! Took me about 20 min to install. Didn't even have to remove the bumper! Well worth it and easy to read instructions!
Very easy to install! I believe etrailer rating the difficulty as a 3 out of 10. I would say more like a 1 or a 2. I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. The video on the etrailer site for this hitch used a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, which had an extra piece that my jeep does not have. Additionally, the instructions that came with the hitch noted that I would have to lower the jeep muffler to install the hitch. This was not necessary.
I think this hitch will serve my purposes well going forward.

I used this hitch for a 3000 mile, three-month trip with several stops during early 2023. This hitch was for a bike rack to carry two bikes. No complaints, worked well.
Very easy install and solid hitch.
Great hitch! Seems to have been constructed well and has a great finish on it. Installed easily on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport in less than an hour. Tricky part was getting the nuts started on the bolts. I used a magnet for this part. I was also able to do the install without having to drop the exhaust, which an installation video recommended doing. Item was packaged well and delivered when anticipated.
Easy install and came with everything needed for the job.

Install was as easy as taking 20 minutes out of my lunch hour to bolt this thing to the back of my Jeep. It's been on there a year, I have used it a LOT, on pavement and off road, and it still looks new. Big thumbs up.

the product was exactly what you said it would be
Easy to install and solid product. Video matched product and made install easy. Receiver extends far enough for accessories (glide away bike rack and cargo carrier). My selection was based on a etrailer video which was useful and informative.
Install notes: Video and included instructions conflict slightly on disposition of spacer plate and bolt selection (original jeep bolts vs those provided with the hitch). and torque specs for bolts. I went with the video for everything I could which was most helpful except for lack or torque spec guidance. Also the specific draw-tite part number in the video comparing hitch options for 2021 jeep has been discontinued and should be replaced with this part number.
Air lift installed on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU with a 4” lift. Alison B put wanted to make sure I got the right bags and put me in touch with Air Lift who helped me get the correct bags. It was easier and quicker to remove rear springs and install the bags, just remember to apply lubricant to help with installation. Alison B was great to work with and extremely helpful in making sure I got the right parts. I have done business with etrailer in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
Easy to install
Once I ground down the high weld ridge it slipped on easily. Used the two existing bolts that went into a bracket with welded nuts and two bolts that came with the hitch. Torqued everything to 65 and it’s good to go.
Took 3 hours because of the grinding.

Bought this for my 2020 Jeep JLU so I could utilize a bike rack. Received the hitch very quickly and Installation was a breeze. Works as expected.
Great hitch for the money. It fit my Wrangler JL with no issue, other than it was a little tight to get it fitted, nothing a rubber mallet and a little patience couldn't solve. It performs great and is a lot more cost effective than the factory hitch in my opinion.

This is a great hitch! Been using it for the last year with absolutely no problems. We towed our 20 ft camper home from Ohio to Florida thru the mountains and to a few more places around the state. Since it’s installed on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler, it’s also been used to pull stuck vehicles out of the sand at the beach. It’s worked great thru every situation. Best investment I’ve ever made.
