Product and installation was great.
The receiver on the hitch is too big. There is too much play between the inside of the receiver and any attachments that one may use. I had to put shims in mine to keep the attachments from moving up and down and side to side. That is a dangerous situation. I'd never buy this hitch again!
Works as intended. would be 5stars, except i needed to borrow a Highjack to separate the outter ends of the mount as they were bent in upon arrival. not enough to deterr from suggesting this to others, but was no a direct bolt and go either due to this. Works great and have had no issues during use.
Good hitch and easy to install.
Looks and preforms great, had to run a tap in the existing holes because they were 10 years old & needed some attention. Overall very satisfied!!!
The product is excellent, it took a few hours due to the old holes threads were rusted,I had to rethread all 6 holes..but it's strong and sturdy now

I ordered early afternoon and received confirmation that the order had shipped that same afternoon. I prepped the Liberty(removing the stubborn bolt and chasing all the welded nuts). The hitch arrived two days early. I removed it from the box and placed it on my motorcycle jack, rolled and lifted it into place and bolted it on. Easy!
I was very pleased with how quickly I received my product. I didnt find my bolts at first but got specific instructions on where they were. Thanks guys!!

Box was torn, but all parts were taped to hitch, so everything is here.
I received my order promptly and had no issues whatsoever.The trailer hitch is much more sturdy that I was expecting which was a very nice surprise.
The fit was perfect and hitch was well made. Very happy with the product.
hitch is of excellent quality. once I ran a tap thru the very rusted nuts on my jeep the hitch went on very Easley. All holes lined up perfectly and fit the jeep like a glove.
The product is great was easily installed once I retapped the holes.

Product installed very easily, and is a perfect fit. UPS treated the package pretty rough, torn in multiple places, but the hitch was not affected. Very pleased.
