I had no problem installing it. It took about 30min to install. I had ordered onefrom the local auto parts store and it didnt fit

I almost freaked when I first looked at this install and looked under my Jeep! It was a HUGE OVER REACTION!! This was simple and easy to do. I had a little help and we got it installed in about 20 minutes!! Mostly spent breaking loose bolts with less than adequate tools.
Arrived at 3:00, drove to my buddy who has the tools, was on in 15 mins. Fits like a glove. The staff at etrailer was great.

Hitch was a perfect fit only concern I have is with the bolts it came with. The ones I took out were grade 10.9 the replacement bolts were grade 8.8. I can only assume that the bolts it came with are what the manufacturer wants used. Installed by myself with no issue.

I just received the hitch today. Going to install it as soon as i have some free time. Very happy with the service. Ordered it on a Saturday afternoon and received it Wednesday morning. I will be buying other products from etrailer.com very soon.
