On no issues all supplies were in the box including fish wires I mean it’s a no brainer home run clean look the grey Jeep is mine the white is UHaul it’s horrible looks ridiculous. Jt Josh was my salesman he was fantastic also very knowledgeable.

Lowers your breakaway angle for off-roading, unlike a factory style hitch, but not a big deal. Otherwise a great product that works exactly as advertised, a very sturdy hitch!
I ordered a trailer hitch for a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was shipped the wrong unit. I need to return it after buying one from my local garage who sourced it from Mopar

I installed it and used a wire brush to clean off the muffler piping and it went back in smooth, yes the videos explaining were great.
Works exactly as advertised. Bolts right on, and has been great so far this year. No rust, and still holds solid! Quality product.
The fish wire was not included. Had to make my own out of safety wire. Made the project extremely difficult. Paper instructions would have also been helpful. Had to watch a you tube video at a friends, then go and install where i don't have internet.
hitch mounted up fine. Heard knocking sound when Jeep Cherokee went over small bumps in road. Got out to check hitch receiver and it was tight. Crawled under car and noticed the passenger side exhaust tip was banging up against a corner of the hitch. Pulled rear section of muffler off and used an angle grinder to trim about 3/8” off the rounded corner of the hitch receiver on both sides. Works fine now. This receiver will only carry bicycles and not be used for towing. Could have been the passenger side exhaust tip was mounted to the muffler slightly different than the driver side.
Purchased mainly to be able to mount a vertical kayak carrier and it's working great. Easy installation with good instructions.
Was exactly what I needed to be able to take my mobility scooter on my jeep cherokee. Easy to install my husband and friend had it on in 45 minutes!
Wish I'd have ordered the brake light adaptor when I ordered the hitch, but the hitch fit perfect and looks awesome, I'm sure it'll give me many years of satisfaction.

Have you found any damage after opening the packaging?
Rating 4 start right now cause I have just received my hitch and have not installed. But must say quality of welds and paint/powder coating looks very well. So far I am happy with the product.
Nice hitch. Seems very sturdy. Easy install took maybe 35 minutes.
Easy to install,good shipping hitch seems good quality good welds ect highly recommend
