Great price, easy to install. Kit came with everything you need.
I have not installed it yet. Everything is present and accounted for. There were a couple of places where it clawed its way thru the box. This thing is HEAVY duty. Well made, nicely finished.
Showed up on time. Everything was just as advertised. The installation video was very helpful except......when using your finger to try and get the fish wire thru the large hole, I used a magnet wand. NO bleeding!! I'll and the photo.

The product itself fit nicely, but the Bolt Heads and Rectangle spacers did not fit in the Holes they need to go through to fish them to the mounting holes. I had to drill the holes bigger. The bolt heads needed to be smaller and the Rectangle washers needed to be narrower.
I will continue to be a repeat customer at etrailer!
Fit and finish are great. Installation was straightforward like other hitches I’ve purchased from e trailer in years past. The only downside is that the hole to feed the bolts and brackets in requires some widening in order to fit the hardware in. It would be nice if that weren’t the case but it only adds a little time to the otherwise simple install with hand tools.
Third time I've ordered from etrailer. All 3 times I have been pleased with both the quality of the product, well made, study, and the speed of delivery. I will recommend etrailer to anyone who is looking for a great product. I ride a bicycle and use the hitch with my bike rack to transport my bike from the house to the GAP bike trail. Have done 3 trips from Washington DC to Pittsburgh as well as from other area trails and have never had a problem with the hitch or the rack which I also bought from etrailer. I order one bike more than what I plan to carry, i.e. Plan on 3 bikes, order a 4 bike rack. I am very satisfied with my purchases.
Really good quality and super easy to install. It was nice to be able to watch the quick video on the website even though I’m sure I would have figured it out. I’m 68+ and easily installed without any help like they show on the video. Definitely would recommend your company to anybody looking to install a hitch.
Ordering was good. The hitch arrived on time as to when they said it would arrive. The item arrived damaged. Box end was completely gone UPS had taped it up. All parts where inside.
Hired a pro to install - even they had a tricky time with the string bolt trick. He got it done “but took longer than expected”
Good quality product and easy to follow directions included. The only negative is the bag of hardware was short one coil wire needed to install the bolts. This made for an interesting challenge, but with some extra efforts I finally succeeded. The hitch quality appears to be very good.

For this hitch you will need to enlarge the hole to pass the hardware through typically using a die grinder. I recommend watching the video install that we have on a 2022 Chevy Equinox and paying attention at timestamp 8:23.
