Very easy to install… once I was able to get one of the bolts off of my car.
Seriously, I have a ford flex and got 3/4 of the exhaust bolts off of my car. The 4th was seized and stuck and Sheered off! It took me many many hours to grind it out. I ended up using glass cutting drill bits.
After that it only took <1 hour to install the hitch and it has worked perfectly ever since.
Hitch fits perfectly. Easy to install in about 10 minutes. Dropping the exhaust and reinstalling it took about double the time. Did it by myself with a good set of ramps and a floor jack.
The product was well built and appeared strong! So far it has held up great. The ease of installation & video instruction available made it a simple task. I have absolutely had no problem with the hitch and have been carrying my bike rack around for this first year with no concerns to date! Served the purpose I purchased it for. Thanks!
The hitch was well designed and easy to install. I can't speak of towing durability as we have just used it to mount a bike rack, which it holds well.

High quality design and construction. Installation was a straightforward, although doing it in a driveway without a helper wasn't the easiest when it came to positioning the heavy hitch for the bolt on.

Well made hitch BUT install is difficult if you can't raise/lift the rear of the car 2 feet or so. You need the clearance to slide the hitch up and over the mufflers that are lowered for the installation
Quick and easy installation. Only took about 30 min working by myself on the ground in the driveway with a couple of tire ramps!!

This hitch was a perfect fit and was easy to install, partly because the instructions were easy to follow. The hitch is snug to the bumper. I towed trailer with a motorcycle on it, as well as a trailer full of furniture. No issues with either haul.
Perfect fit, came 2 days earlier than expected. Installation videos helped a lot. Only suggestion make a video showing driveway installation as a lot of us will be installing crawling around on our backs.

The product works well, and it was easy to install. The hardest part was getting the factory bolts loose, as I had to summon the strength of Hercules to get them off my car. Once that was done, everything else was a breeze I use this hitch for a bike rack, and it's perfectly adequate. The one complaint I have is the packaging was inadequate. The part arrived damaged (paint removed). I do like that you guys made it right and gave me a discount for the rework I had to do (paint touch up).
Put the hitch on a 2014 Ford Flex and it was a 15 minute job. Fit perfectly and looks great. Etrailer has always been quick when we have ordered from them. Happy customer here.
Great product and easy installation.
The product was basically easy to install. Would recommend some help with the tow hitch installation; lifing the tow hitch and lining up the bolts is difficult to do by myself. The Videos on the etailer website made installation easy to understand.

Seems to be quality work, shipping was 5 days late. Packaging was useless but all parts arrived pictures were taken upon arrival. Very glad required bolts were secured to hitch with tape.

No problems. Have used the hitch several times up to the 2500 lb max of my SUV.
