Price and quality were great. 1 year of near constant use with a bike rack. No issues.
Great hitch receiver, fairly simple install. Definitely need two people. I watched the install video before starting and that was really helpful

My new bike rack fit perfectly with it. I would highly recommend using this company as they were very communicative with me during my selection of the product and shipping etc. they truly have wonderful customer service.
Haven’t installed yet but looks straight forward. My only complaint so far is I had to touch up spots on the hitch with paint as it poked through the box in 3 places. Not your fault it happened in shipping I’m sure. But I would suggest putting extra cardboard in the places that have potential to poke through the box.

Great product, install was a challenge for me being alone because of the weight and laying under the car. Instructions were great and the quantity of the hitch and fasteners was excellent. e

I purchased the Class III hitch and harness for my 2017 Ford Escape. First thing I noticed was the quality of the product. I love supporting American businesses that take pride in their product. I watched the online installation videos that were very helpful. I installed the hitch and harness without issue. You will need an extra set of hands though, installation is a bit awkward for one person.
It was the wrong hitch kit. Didn’t fit my vehicle. I didn’t make an effort to have it replaced.

This hitch is great. It's constructed well and appears to made of heavy duty steel. Also it was easy enough with the kit supplied for my wife and I to install it on our vehicle. And did I mention it was priced reasonable.

Working out great
This product meet my expectations. Everything was packaged well with no damage during shipping. Watching the YouTube video in advance really made it easy to install. My brother and I had it under my 2013 escape se in under an hour. It fit perfectly with no issues with install. I highly recommend this hitch for all escape owners. I will definitely be shopping with etrailer in the future. Thanks for selling great products.
Well made. Heavy duty. Looked up the installation video and it was clear and easy to follow. Haven't installed yet. Planning to soon.
So far, I like it! It's heavier than what we thought and I haven't put it on my car yet but hubby has and he's really liking how easy it was to get on my car! It is so much easier for me to get bike on it and lockdown!! I look forward to being able to get the bike on by myself and go riding!
The only drawback is I drive a Ford Escape, when the bikes are on, you can't let the back hatch open. The Escape's hatch goes lower so even with the tilt, the hatch hits the bike. It's not a deal breaker, my hubby is a very smart man so he'll figure out something to use that can protect the car hatch and bike for the occasional 'Ooops" !
Installation was a breeze. The supplied hardware worked great and it looks great. It's going to hold the bike rack without any problems.

Had it for a year now, I love it, I use it all the time for attaching my MTB rack to my 2019 ford escape.
Straight forward installation, fit well.
You guys have a quality product! Instructions are easy to understand and my daughter and I installed it in a couple of hours. I made a couple of mistakes which made it longer. If I need anything else I will definitely use your company. Thank you.

Working excellent.
Very solid and well constructed. Was actually worried before I did the install, your difficulty rating was a 9 out of 10 for this item but the installation went smooth with help of the installation videos that y'all included in the descriptions on this site.
Excellent product, promptly shipped. Clear and concise installation instructions. Still working well after a year of service.
