great instructions. I was apprehensive but got through it fine.
I recommend watching the video. It looked like it could be a pain, but it was actually fairly simple. Easy installation and professional finish!
Absolutely no issues, best part of the whole thing was the installation video, never had better directions. Been happily hauling 4 bikes on the back of my Subaru since installation.
Product was exactly as described. The instructions were not as clearly stated as the video. I got more valuable info from your video than the paper instructions. Nether the paper or video stated anything about checking for sensors in the bumper as well. None the less the video on this site was very informative and helpful. Keep up the good work and I appreciate good reviews and quality products you provide. Thanks again.

The Subaru hidden hitch is just that, a hidden hitch. A person has to look for it and no sore shins from an exposed hitch. thanks for a good product, again.
My Eco-hitch has worked very well on my 2018 Subaru Outback. It is used for my Saris bike rack. No complaints.
I can't say enough good things about etrailer. My order was processed, shipped and arrived less than 48 hours after placing my order. I received updates and support information during that time as well. I went to the installer recommended by Ecohitch and got the installation done in a reasonable time and price. It looks great on the car and doesn't compromise the integrity of the frame like a drill installation might. Thanks for your help.
Although not yet confirmed for the 2019 Outback, I suspected it would fit since the platform has not changed since 2017. Installation and fit was perfect. I watched a video first and then followed the steps in the manual. With all tools in place, it took me 1:42 hr to complete start to finish. There were no issues or missing steps in the manual.
Great hitch, only receiver shows. Relatively easy installation.

No complaints, used it as tow point attachment to get my car out of snowy ditch, love the exit angle never scrapes on steep driveway.
