I had to go with an EcoHitch because after ordering and partly installing a DrawTite, I found that one of the required nuts was missing on my Odyssey. I had to return the DrawTite and purchase the EcoHitch. After installing both hitches, I would recommend the DrawTite. It is easier to install, has a better finish and is much cheaper. I would give the DrawTite and Etrailer 5 stars. The staff at etrailer were excellent to work with. I would definitely recommend them to other.

This hitch is a quality product and we haven't had any issues with it one year into it. We had ours installed by a professional who neatly installed it behind our bumper so only the tow mount was showing. We got this trailer hitch because it worked with our minivan and it was rated appropriately for our bike rack which is designed for the extra weight of our electric bikes (Hollywood e-bike rack).

2016 Honda Odyssey
Very fast shipping. Easy to install. I just back my van onto a couple ramps and I was able to reach everything I needed under the van. The install videos posted on the site were very helpful. I am very happy with the final result.

The installation was straight forward, although due to the weight it's likely going to be a two man job. Once installed it's very sturdy and we've used it multiple times for trailers and carriers without issue.

The hitch works very well. I bought it because its well, hidden. My last hitch would drag when going up even low angle driveways. I have not had that issue with this design. I would buy it again.

Had this hitch on for a year now and generally it has been working well. Have used it for a 4-bike rack exclusively so we have not towed with it. When loaded with 4 bikes, the receiver does slightly rotate downward which impacted our departure angle. Also, when the departure angle is extreme the receiver can scrape the road. This has happened only twice since we installed it and took place when the van was heavily loaded and had bikes on it vacation sag. I do not know how people get by with the hitch that fully hangs below the bumper. This one places the receiver where the stock one would reside so its the best alternative to the OEM hitch IMO. There is some light rust around the receiver and the bumper cover is slightly deformed around the underside of the rear. Otherwise, the hitch fits and functions well.
