Hey man! The hitch worked great! I sold the car a fee months back, but the hitch was solid. 5/5 would buy again. It held a bike rack on the back of my Hyundai with zero issues. I drive an F150 now with a hitch included but if I ever needed to get a hitch for a car that doesn't have one I will definitely look at your website first.

Order was shipped the same day I ordered.
Package arrived the next day as promised. The install was very easy. I added some lock washers to the hardware. The kit did not come with any kind of lock nut. All the kit came with was some cupped washers which probably would have been sufficient enough. I wish they at least came with some nylon lock nuts.
My only “actual” complaint is some of the powder coat was already flaking off when I opened the box. If this was going on my truck it would be no big deal but it was going on the wife’s car and I got many questions asking why from the mrs. Overall I gave it five stars because of easy install and online instructions. If I need another hitch for any other car or truck I WILL be ordering from etrailer!!! Also I cannot blame etrailer for the paint issue. They probably just sell the hitch. It would be like complaining to your waitress because your steak wasn’t cooked right. These guys are great and offer GREAT SERVICES!!!
Hitch was fairly easy to install. Excellent for a bike rack.
I had a hard time figuring which receiver fits the hybrid version of the 2023 Hyundai Sonata. Sarah from etrailer was extremely helpful and pointing me to this and the correct wiring harness. The receiver was easy to install. The most difficult part is dropping the exhaust and deciding what to do about the heat shield and the plastic splash guard on the opposite side. If you look at my photo, you will see 2 yellow highlights. I decided to keep the heat shield and splash guard, but you will need to cut both. This is NOT in the instructions. It's pretty simply, but probably takes another 15 minutes. My only gripe is the bottom of the receiver had flaking paint at the very bottom marked by blue arrows. It's thick steel and the car will be long gone before rust takes over. I'd highly recommend this receiver. This took me about an hour to install, but the wiring harness adds about 3 hours to the total install. Also, thanks to all the people at etrailer that helped me decide on the right products.
First off it was super easy to match and order on line. The tow bar hitch came even sooner than expected. The hitch itself was a perfect fit for my 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL Plus. It was also a great deal and super easy to instal. The only thing is I would suggest is to have someone to help you hold it up other than your weak wife. It's pretty heavy trying to hold and bolt alone. But I will recomend for sure it works perfectly pulling my quad trailer.
Order took only a week to get here. Arrived in good shape. Took a little over 1/2 hour to install. Perfect fit. Very functional but hardly noticeable. I’m very satisfied.
Easy installation and definitely helps to have an extra set of hands when putting on the nuts. Barely noticeable on the car and looks as if it was factory. Did modify the drivers side bumper insert to fit back in place for a cleaner look
After installation, I made a long cut for heat shield (for muffler), & panel on other side of trunk. Took about an hour, looks good, fits good, will most likely buy from again. 2022 Hyundai Sonata, bought from this company before, for 2011 Camaro convertible, & 2008 Cobalt always a great product

This hitch is great! Having s lift and a second set of hands will make this installation much easier and quicker.
One person can do it, but it will be challenging to hold it in place and secure the nuts by yourself.
As far as the hitch itself; it's barely noticable after being installed, and has worked well.

This is the 3rd or 4th hitch I purchased from E-Trailer. Always top notch service and quality.
While it took a little longer than the 30 minute estimate to install, that was more because of my inexperience than anything wrong with the product. The pullwires were really helpful (it would have been impossible without them). It looks great on my car (Hyundai Sonata) and the instructions were clear and accurate. I installed it to attach a bike rack and it worked like a charm.
My wife and I were able to install the hitch in less than one hour. I was very pleased with how easy and simple it was. Can't wait to get the bike rack on it and go biking.
Fast shipping! Product is as advertised but have not installed yet. Looks like it will go on with out mods. I was surprised there was no drawbar included for the price. Curt sends everything except the ball for $50 less, but no one stocks them for a 2020 Sonata. Pretty sure the one I left on the 2008 trade in would have fit. Do not enlarge any holes in the frame Hyundai has added elongated holes on the outside of the frame at the rear of the 2020, just pull off the foam cover then glue them back on when done.
