I've had this for a year and am really happy with it. Installation wasn't TOO bad, but a bit more difficult on an F150 than my last truck, a Tacoma. Be prepared to use jacks and stands and muscle some things in to place.
The product is excellent, unfortunately, my box was destroyed in transit. Luckily, all hardware was attached to the hitch receiver. There were a few chips in the paint when I removed the hitch, which I had to repaint.
This is a good. Solid hitch! The installation was straight forward and everything fit fine. I highly recommend this hitch for anyone who needs a quality product.
Great fit, easy installation. You need an aftermarket bumper to make it work, or be willing to take a Rotary tool to the stock hitch.
Absolutely outstanding!
It would have been easier to install with my truck up on a lift but as it was I installed it by myself in my driveway. It took about an hour and a half.
I pull a Grand Design Imagine 2670mk as well as a 12,000lb Kubota tractor and trailer from time to time. The hitch as performed flawlessly!
The receiver itself is nice and solid. what should have been a 30-40 minute install turned into 1.5 hours. Was having an issue on one side not being able to get the bolt through spacer and receiver hole. One of the spacers holes was not large enough for the bolt to go through. Had to manually drill the hole larger to make it work. hopefully this isn't the same for everyone. Overall satisfied with the look and functionality. would be 5-star review but due incorrect hardware I'm marking it down.

Wrong part for my F-150 even thought the website said it was right - initially did not fit right w supplied parts. Called to return and was told a new one was on the way - never came so my buddy and I had to fabricate it to fit w bolts supplied. Probably wrong bolts issue in the end. Stars less about parts and more about service / etrailer
I'm so impressed with etrailer.com I was on a time crunch to get the hitch and the gentleman I talked to was very helpful. The hitch actually showed up before the expected date. The instructional video made the install a breeze. I will defiantly order again.
Great hitch. I have never seen a hitch with such stout safety chain connection points. The “piano wire” included in the installation kit had me guessing if I made the right choice or not for a second, but I can now say that they make all the difference in the degree of difficulty on the installation! That wire made all the difference! Really well made hitch all around.

I like it so far, install was a bit of a pain for me, but I probably wasn't falling the directions to the "t". Overall seems beefy though.
