At first I didn't think it would fit due to the holes not lining up but they didn't line up because the hitch was bent. With assistance I was able to pull on one side and have someone else put the bolts in. Once all the bolts were in place the rest was easy. It looks nice and now I will able to tow my flatbed trailer.
The hitch I received is missing one of the bigger steel plates that goes inside the frame. Otherwise it installed as expected

Installed in minutes appears to be a nice addition to our business for hauling more merchandise. BUT the four smaller flat pieces of steel that hold the bolt head spin inside the 2010 Chevy Express frame and torqueing to speck was not achieved. I was able to wedge 3 of the four plates with bolt to stop it from spinning and torqued to spec but left one middle one un torqued. The light kit will have to be installed when the vehicle is empty to access the panels for removal.
Item was delivered very fast and very happy with the part i just bought the trailer hitch very good will recommend 100% was able to install with 15 minutes

I have only one small bitch, the stickers that you put on the hitch itself, they need to be put on with a little more care and make them straight. I would have left them on but not crooked.

This receiver hitch is about the 7th or 8th item I have ordered from Etrailer. In every case the shipping was fast and the product was excellent.
This Draw Tite hitch is well finished with clean welds and good powder coating.
All hardware was included and the install on my 2017 GMC Savana only took about 10 or 20 minutes. I did the install alone in my driveway using a floor jack, a couple 4 foot pieces of 1 by 6 and a 3/4" closed end wrench.

Bought replacement truck in MOORE, OK and ordered hitch and accessories via iPhone in route back to Chicago. Order was there one day after returning and installed the following weekend.
Hitch fit and looks like the OEM option and helpful video made the install a snap... did it in my driveway.

Hitch has been working flawlessly- wish I could say the same for the boat it was intended to tow!
Bolted on in a snap. Holes lined right up, and I had this installed by myself in 20 minutes. Also no problem clearing around spare tire.

As with everything else I have purchased from 'etrailer', top notch! Just my visual opinion as well as professional, this Drawtite hitch is a one piece all welded unit vs. the three piece bolt together "R...." hitch that it replaced. Appears to be a stronger unit. The only thing I would liked to have added is the 7-pin wiring attachment, but for the price and apparent quality, I can fabricate something.
the way it was boxed up was bad because of the weight it must have been dropped because there was nothing in between the 2 wings in the the back of the hitch one of them was bent inward 2 and a 1/4 inch i was able to bend it back but i don't know what it did to the integrity of the metal. after that the install went great.

Trailer hitches are purposely constructed so that the mounting flanges and end plates are made of a softer steel than the receiver tube and crossbar. This allows the hitch to flex a little along with the vehicle. As long as the bend didt crack the metal or the powder coat, if the mounting flange is gently moved back into place the hitch will work great for you.

An impact wrench will spin that bolt fast enough that it will snug down tight, then you can finish tightening with a torque wrench.
