My hitch arrived on time and within 30 minites after the UPS truck left the driveway had it installed. It bolted up with no problems to my 2009 E-350 Ford van. Nothing to relocate and no drilling needed.

This Drawtight class 5 seems very heavy duty and bolted right up to my 2002 E350 Super duty Ford van. I was not exactly impressed at the damaged box it came in also the big bag of bolts bouncing around in the box got a hole in it and a couple washers and nuts were missing. I also was not impressed w/ the paint job draw tight put on it. Over all though, this is a HD hitch that is a breeze to install.
It couldn't be any easier to install. Very stong and nice looking hitch.And the wiring pack just makes it so easy and when done ,looks and works perfect.
Hitch installed in minutes on my 2003 E-250.
Hole lined up perfect.
Did not need to move exhaust pipe to install.
I used a floor jack and put in the bolts by myself.

Great Product at a good price. Per instructions- I had to temporarily remove the gas vapor canister an then product was a bolt in operation. No drilling needed. Delivery was quick and on time. Received it today and mounted it today. Would definitely order again. Rick
The hitch fit perfectly on my 2006 E-350 XL. The only issue I had was the hardware to attach the hitch. The nuts and bolts required much force just to get to the point where they would draw the hitch to the frame. I backed two off to check for cross threading but the tolerances on the nut and bolt were just too off. I do like the quality of the hitch itself and the solid one piece design.
Major chunk of steel that fit I have ordered so many things that I have been forced to return just because they did not fit, that I now expect to return anything I order online. Surprise!!! E-trailer and Drawtite did it right on the first time!
Time to remove and replace the OEM hitch was 30 minutes with NO problems - just like the video.
I really had no time to do the order over if it was screwed up - it wasn't and I ordered one and UPS dropped it off the next. SWEET!

Well made hitch and simple to install.i installed it by myself a year ago. I put an aftermarket step into the reciever as both were cheaper than buying a step bumper. This route gave me the ability to pull a trailer should the need arise. Also no signs of rust yet.

This hitch is was very easy to install, was very heavy, and they shipped it super fast.
I installed this on a 2013 E250. You are able to keep your spare tire with this hitch, some you can't
20 minute install. Easy, perfect fit. No drilling, no modifications. 2011 Ford E-250.

Simple installation by myself. No drilling required was my biggest need,as I didn't feel like dropping $20 on drill bits to get through hardened steel. Took 15 or twenty minutes to get it all bolted up.

No problems whatsoever. Been towing pontoon every weekend. No corrosion on receiver. All hardware still tight, have recommended etrailer to several people since.
Went on easy, perfect fit, did it by myself with the help of a hydrolic jack to hold it up. Took about twenty minutes. Customer service was quick to respond for getting feedback, very appreciated! Review pictures of install helped make my decision, and a great price also. Made in Mexico, however, hopefully will be made in USA soon.

Super great, no rust yet, still solid...pulls my 5k pound boat no problem!
We purchased this for a customer and installed it for them. The instructions were very straight forward for the installation and the customer is extremely satisfied.
