I bought this heavy duty receiver hitch after the standard hitch on the pickup when I bought it broke hauling a heavy trailer over rough ground.the hitch has served well since then. This is the hitch that should be installed on a heavy duty pickup. Installation was reasonable and the heavy duty washers to reinforce the frame were reassuring. I hope I never have to buy another, but if I buy a pickup without a hitch, this is what I will put on.

This hitch receiver does not come with a wiring bracket. You can purchase item # 18144 separately with extender item # C57202. Or if you need a 7-way, this bracket item # 18138.
