I will definitely recommend etrailer to anyone looking for a quality made trailer hitch for whatever they put it on. You can definitely tell the quality of workmanship as well, the welds look awesome and the appearance is also very good. I will definitely do business with this company again if ever I need to. On another note, the representative (Tiffany S) was a pleasure to talk with when I ordered my trailer hitch. She was polite, professional, and pleasant to visit with while placing my order. Tiffany would be a great asset for any company to have on their staff. And even better, they are made in the USA . Sorry I don't have any pictures.
Swapped this hitch into my 1999 Ford F250 Super Duty crew cab long box in place of the original receiver hitch because of the heavier tow ratings of the Draw-Tite 41922. Holes lined up perfectly and didn't have any real problems with the swap out, which I did myself in the driveway. The standard spare tire still fit ok and my existing trailer electrical socket was fine also. The 41922 is built out of heavier materials than the original hitch, as expected with heavier tow ratings. The only thing notable to report is that the Draw-Tite 41922 receiver opening hangs approximately 2 inches lower down than the original hitch receiver did. So I am going to have to review all my trailers that I tow with the truck and possibly make some adjustments to the stingers, balls, distribution hitches, etc. to get a more or less level trailer ride again.
Hitch was very easy to install on my F-250 Ford Super-Duty Truck. The fit was perfect, and it actually looks better than the factory ones that Ford installs. Very pleased with it. My truck only towed a Fifth-wheel RV before, and never had a trailer hitch originally, so now I can tow a trailer if needed.
product is great. it seemed the packing was weak and driver had me look at it before he would un load. whle it had some damage it was superficial and in very usable shape.
This receiver replaces the original that has a lower weight rating and also the pin hole for the hitch was worn out. We are in the process of purchasing a new travel trailer and I needed a better hitch. This new receiver solves the problem.
Order shipped in a timely fashion. Only complaint is that I wish there was foam sprayed in the box to keep things from shifting. Large hole where the receiver was. All the parts remained in the box though.
Overall VERY happy.
The trailer receiver hitch was good quality and was very easy to install fit perfectly. Solid and very heavy. I sold the vehicle shortly after so I don't know how it is working to date.

Had used the hitch for most of the year and loved it. Have sold truck now but would buy another if needed. Heavy enough for heavy use and out of way under truck.

I know you are upset about how the hitch was received. When these hitches are shipped to us they are shipped together on large pallets which means the hitches tend to mark each other up. I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you. Typically using a touch up paint like Rustoleum will keep it from rusting right away.
