so far a great product, super easy installation. This was put on a 2012 Dodge Ram C/V. Took about 1 hr total, including the wiring for the trailer lights.
The etrailer sales and service department has been excellent. It started when they answered all of my questions about trailer hitches, helped me order the right hitch, and then upgraded my shipping at no charge. I received the hitch within 2 days and was easily able to install it on my Chrysler T&C. The hitch is exactly what I expected, I couldn't be any more pleased with the experience.
It does exactly what it is supposed to do since it arrived. I'm not an experienced car guy, but my son and I were able to install it fairly easily. Buy the wiring harness, too!
Item is exactly as described. The box it came in was damaged but the hitch itself only had minor scuffs. Upon opening, I rerified that the cbrackts were still 90 degrees from the cross brace and was pleasantly surprised.
The fit was perfect and the installation was simple. Would recommend highly.
Good price, fast shipping. Cardboard broke and flange sticking out on delivery but wiring harness was wrapped to cross piece so no loss or damage there.

This is my second hitch from etrailer.com. I am a return customer because I was satisfied with my first hitch. This one was even easier to install. I put it on in about a 1/2 hour in my drive with out a jack or second person. I will plug in the wiring tomorrow. I remember how easy that was the first time. I am a little OCD and will run the power wires from the battery inside pex tubing under the vehicle just like the first one. There was nothing hard or surprising with this hitch. I am happy, happy, happy!

It is holding up fine. I use it every week.
Very good quality and really easy installation. This is my third etrailer hitch purchase and we could not be happier! The shipment arrived two days earlier than projected!!!
This hitch is for our newly acquired 2011 Town & Country that we acquired principally to travel with our three large dogs. We use our hitch mount cargo hauler tray (an earlier etrailer purchase) to carry more cargo.

Installation was difficult I couldn't get the bolts undone to install the receiver. Once the six bolts were undone the rest was easy. Love the product, highly recommended. Thanks.

Very easy to install for even a 76 year old like me in less than 2 hours.
The instructions list a 18mm and a 15mm wrench to remove the required bolts but I would add a 13mm to remove the last 2 or 3 exhaust hanger bolts to give more wiggle room to slide the passenger side past the muffler easily.
Looks good hope to round up a helper and get it installed. Did our Cherokee a while back instructions were nonsense still have all the hardware that wasn't needed. Uses bumper bolts knock it off in 30 minutes. Hardest part is getting it out of the box you've really got it secured.My cat went right in the box to check it out wasn't real sure what it was and no room in there to sleep yet!

Still going strong keep ball hitch in with a little never seize.

About a year ago I purchased this for my wife’s 2013 Chrysler town and county van so she could haul her and the kids bikes. It was easy to install when following the video and does not rattle or have other issues. I would buy again and found etrailer.com best price and good service at the time. I have not pulled many trailers as the wiring kit and process did not seem easy and at the time was also pricey. I hope to relook at the wiring this year. For bikes. Is excellent

Well made, quality hitch. Perfect fit for our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Arrived quickly and well packaged, despite box being a bit beat up, due to the weight of the hitch. etrailer also wrapped the hitch with packaging, and included instructions. It can be done fairly easily on the ground, depending on how big you are. The hitch bolted up perfectly, using the bolts already installed on the van. Clearance between the hitch and the bumper was perfect, no cutting or bending required with this hitch. Very happy with etrailer,
I have purchased several trailer hitches from e trailer. All have been manufactured well and install as per instructions. This one was for my Chrysler minivan and installed perfectly following instructions. Tow hitch barely visible below rear bumper as per picture.

Shipping can definitely be rough on these hitch boxes, but I also wanted to point out that this hitch uses bolts from the vehicle so luckily nothing is missing :)
