This hitch is for our newly acquired 2011 Town & Country that we acquired principally to travel with our three large dogs. We use our hitch mount cargo hauler tray (an earlier etrailer purchase) to carry more cargo.

Looks good hope to round up a helper and get it installed. Did our Cherokee a while back instructions were nonsense still have all the hardware that wasn't needed. Uses bumper bolts knock it off in 30 minutes. Hardest part is getting it out of the box you've really got it secured.My cat went right in the box to check it out wasn't real sure what it was and no room in there to sleep yet!
Arrived with no hardware. Box is demoli shed!

Shipping can definitely be rough on these hitch boxes, but I also wanted to point out that this hitch uses bolts from the vehicle so luckily nothing is missing :)
Item is exactly as described. The box it came in was damaged but the hitch itself only had minor scuffs. Upon opening, I rerified that the cbrackts were still 90 degrees from the cross brace and was pleasantly surprised.
This is my second hitch from etrailer.com. I am a return customer because I was satisfied with my first hitch. This one was even easier to install. I put it on in about a 1/2 hour in my drive with out a jack or second person. I will plug in the wiring tomorrow. I remember how easy that was the first time. I am a little OCD and will run the power wires from the battery inside pex tubing under the vehicle just like the first one. There was nothing hard or surprising with this hitch. I am happy, happy, happy!

It is holding up fine. I use it every week.
Works very well, easy to install. plugs into tail light assembly easily. I recommend the following. install the electronic module using the mounting hole and drilling a piolet hole for a metal screw, I used double faced tape--did not hold. Also solder the positive wire from the battery to the positive wire on the module, mine rusted apart with the winter salt.
A Class III receiver is overkill to support bicycles but this fits better and is less obtrusive than any other option. Also, I'm recovering from a shoulder injury and this can almost be installed one-handed.
For my needs (dirt bike carrier) this product is great. Installation was not that difficult. Very well made. Highly recommend.
Installation was straight forward. I took advantage of a car lift at a buddy’s’ mechanic shop. Made the hitch And wiring installation so much easier. Hauled a HF trailer fitted for kayaks all around the region finding a lot of lakes to paddle!
Looks to be a well made hitch. Very easy install on a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan.
I've only used this hitch for a cargo trailer, but it has worked beautifully for that. It is nestled just a little deeper than the bumper, so I never hit it with my shin, but it's still pretty easy to put in the locking pin. I was very satisfied with the product, though installing by my self was pretty tough.

Have a large family, even a minivan doesnt have enough storage sometimes. Since our van didnt come with factory roof storage rails, and the aftermarket kits didnt have a big weight rating, I opted for this hitch and bought a cargo rack to go with it and weve used it on every single vacation. Its been a life saver!. We can easily put a cooler and a storage tote on the cargo rack, and all of our non-weather proof items in the van and just drive. We pull up to a rest stop unload the cooler and food tote, enjoy lunch and were back on the road. The trailer hitch has worked perfectly for us even just for a cargo rack! So glad I took the time and investment!

The trailer hitch fit perfectly!
About a year ago I purchased this for my wife’s 2013 Chrysler town and county van so she could haul her and the kids bikes. It was easy to install when following the video and does not rattle or have other issues. I would buy again and found etrailer.com best price and good service at the time. I have not pulled many trailers as the wiring kit and process did not seem easy and at the time was also pricey. I hope to relook at the wiring this year. For bikes. Is excellent

Well made, quality hitch. Perfect fit for our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Arrived quickly and well packaged, despite box being a bit beat up, due to the weight of the hitch. etrailer also wrapped the hitch with packaging, and included instructions. It can be done fairly easily on the ground, depending on how big you are. The hitch bolted up perfectly, using the bolts already installed on the van. Clearance between the hitch and the bumper was perfect, no cutting or bending required with this hitch. Very happy with etrailer,
I have purchased several trailer hitches from e trailer. All have been manufactured well and install as per instructions. This one was for my Chrysler minivan and installed perfectly following instructions. Tow hitch barely visible below rear bumper as per picture.
Receiver brackets were deformed and did not align with the factory mounting holes on my van. Had to bend brackets back into alignment. Supposedly this is a common occurrence however there is no mention of checking the alignment of the brackets in the directions or installation video. Wasted my time fighting with it.

After correcting the alignment, receiver went on easy. Hello extra cargo capacity!
When hitch for my 2014 T&C got to me the box was torn up so I thought there might be damage. Nope it was just fine. Very very well built, nice welds, great craftsmanship. The mat black finish is really nice looking and it look like it will hold up well. The hitch fit up under the van really well all you can see of it is the 2 inch receiver. NICE! Thanks for an inexpensive, well built, nice looking hitch!
2016 Chrysler Town & Country van.
Fairly easy installation. Only 5 bolts for the hitch itself, 3 bolts to displace the exhaust/muffler. It's better if you have a 2nd person to help lift it into place, but I managed to get it close enough with 2 standing 5 gallon buckets and a 2 X 4 board piece. I jacked up the back of the van and placed on hack stands. A breaker bar or impact wrench is highly recommended. Get some cardboard boxes to lay on the ground which makes it easier for you to slide around on. I plan on using this for a hitch carrier, and once I add the towing wiring, I can use it for a Harbor Freight utility trailer. Customer service was great, received hitch sooner than expected.
Very easy to install for even a 76 year old like me in less than 2 hours.
The instructions list a 18mm and a 15mm wrench to remove the required bolts but I would add a 13mm to remove the last 2 or 3 exhaust hanger bolts to give more wiggle room to slide the passenger side past the muffler easily.
I have yet to install the hitch so I can’t speak to the quality. However there was a significant part that was exposed from the box upon delivery. This could be the fault of UPS but also maybe not packaged well. Hopefully there isn’t any damage.

Although the hitch arrived where part of it was hanging out of the box. Again maybe the fault of the delivery company, customer service did reach out to assist or correct any problems. However, everything was just fine. The hitch was in great shape, installed easily, and has performed as needed. I would definitely recommend.
Great product! As advertised the hitch fit well, all pre drilled holes lined up with the holes on the frame! All hardware contained, made this a quick job.
My son installed it with little difficulty. I have towed a small trailer and everything worked as it should
