Fit perfectly. Had problems using the fishing line on rear holes but worked in the end. Good to be able to tow small trailer with my Chevy Trax.
Etrailer was the site I found my 1st hitch, for a 2016 Equinox. Now I find that they also have a hitch for my 2024 2nd Gen Chevy Trax.
Great customer service with keeping me informed of shipping and delivery info. I will be using an installer - one is just a mile or so away! As a 75 YO, it is hard to dfo things like install a hitch, but if I had not moved into an apartment, I would have had everything to install it myself. Install looks a lot easier than my Equinox install was. 4 bolts and a bit of fishing the connections into the 4 attachment points on the frame rail.
Easy to install hitch and wiring. I wish you sold a heavier duty hitch that would handle more tongue weight to line up with the capabilities of the vehicle. Overall the product is built well and I'm happy with it so far.

I just bought a new SUV and needed a hitch to put the bike rack on it. I am also rating before I even received anything because the communication and efficiency this place just showed me from time of order (4:17pm) to shipped (7:11pm) and I mean picked up from UPS, not just marked shipped. Absolutely blown away. Can’t wait to send more people to this site so they can see what I am talking about!
Parts were missing because the box was torn apart from bad packaging. Customer service sent the missing parts free of charge. I will have to wait to complete the installation.
The installation of this rack on my 2024 Chevy Trax requires two people and a lift. Since the bolts go through the side of the frame it is very difficult as opposed to a vertical bolt installation.
Easy installation everything was perfect. I have no intention to tow with this little car. This is a 2024 TRAX. I bought the hitch for a bike rack or a luggage carrier. Also, it gives good protection to the back of the car. I’m very happy with it.

What sort of issues did you have? I bet there are others out there that might be facing the same problem. Can I bother a little more and ask you what worked for you to fix it?
