The hidden hitch arrived in a shorter time than I expected. Even though I haven't installed it yet, it appears to be a relatively easy job.

The hidden hitch arrived within 3 days of order and I ordered on a weekend. The hitch installed fairly easily and looks good on my 2014 Buick Enclave. I was able to put the cover back on with no problem and it looks great. I am very happy with my purchase.

On a 2013 GMC Acadia the factory fascia will fit right back into place without any adjustments necessary. Really is a "hidden hitch".
Instructions are very good. I love the idea of the hidden hitch. Fairly easy to installed except for dropping the muffler. I will use it to haul a small utility trailer. The wiring was a little more difficult but was worth the effort. It took me about three hours to install both the hitch and the wiring.
I ordered the Hidden Hitch Trailer Receiver Hitch,and though I have not used it yet,the installation was a breeze,thanks to the online videos that etrailer provided.I also installed the T-1wiring harness with mounting bracket and that also was a snap.I am a happy boater thanks to e trailer.I felt that the price was fair and the service and delivery could not be beat.Thanks etrailer! Other reviews posted helped guide me to the product I purchased and online instructions are short and to the point. Product arrived as illustrated and installation was a breezy 30 minutes.
Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III was installed just like the Video showed. My problem was the exhaust system did not drop down out of the way when the rubber hangers were disconnect. In fact I tried to discount the one closed to the muffler, and that didn't work either. It did make the system just barely loose enough to get the job done, just more work than it showed on the video.
Easy to install!! Got the wiring harness to pair with hitch for our Traverse. Has worked well pulling a trailer and no issues with lights on the vehicle since the install.
