The combination of an e-coat base and a powder coat finish provides excellent rust protection.This was my second time installing a Draw-Tite DT55GR hitch on a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer and it went smoothly thanks to eTrailer’s installation video. The only difference was that I had to trim a sheet metal gusset on the drivers side for the hitch to mount flush to the unibody “frame”. Overall I am happy with the product and with eTrailer in general. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

Still working fine. Only drawback is the threaded pin, which is a bit of a pain to take in and out. There should be a standard non-threaded pin option.
This hitch was very well made. The problem was it was chipped up and had busted through its shipping box, thus banging up the product while shipping.
I believe if it had been bubble wrapped and was more secure in the box it would have been perfect. Instead, it was chipped up and messed up.
It seems to be well made but I downgraded due the hitch due to damage while shipping.

The installation videos from etrailer and YouTube were informative. The instructions that come with the hitch were difficult to understand. The amount of time to install the hitch did take approximately an hour, but removing all the fascia took an additional 2 hours and removing the tail light assembly was very tedious and time consuming! However it appears to be a great hitch!
Exactly what I wanted. install was really easy! This is a bit overkill for a trailblazer but I can use all my old hitch mounts and bike rack.
Product arrived when promised and I installed it with the directions posted on your Video. All went well and it looks Great. Thanks
managed to safely haul a boat from west TX to south FL without issue. wish I could say the same of the boat, itself. lol! should have left it in TX.

I really liked my experience with this company. It shipped out the same day and your sending the email with the shipper name and tracking number along with was awesome.
Nothing against your product, it is an excellent hitch. It’s just that for a Trailblazer it can’t do but so much. The fit is perfect but the vehicle can’t can’t tow but but so much, so the rear end will squat under a load. All the load is literally placed upon the hitch. Don’t overload the capacity of the vehicle used for pulling the load.

Difficult, only because of the vehicle. Hitch is great.
I don't plan to tow anything with this. Sounds odd doesn't it. I.have two e-bikes that are heavy which requires a heavy built bike rack. That bike rack is 2" square tubing and requires a 2" receiver. This was perfect! Very well made and also my second purchase of a hitch from etrailer. Very happy with my purchase.

Amazing.this is the 2nd tow pkg Ive bought from this company. They are worth every penny. The tutorial videos are wonderful as well. Whenever I need another trailer accessory I will be returning!
