This fully welded trailer hitch receiver bolts onto your vehicle's frame with no welding required. Matte black, powder coated steel is durable and corrosion resistant and creates a rugged look.It's an exact fit. I was able to install it on my own in 20 minutes. It is heavy, so be prepared to have a freind nearby because most of the struggle you'll have is threading the bolts, but my tip is to get one started under the bumper, then move on and repeat that until they're all started, then proceed to tighten it all down.
DO NOT FORGET to torque them down after tightening.
The picture I uploaded with this review shows it looks totally stock.
I absolutely recommend this hitch, eTrailer had the best price both for the hitch itself, AND for shipping.
The hitch is great, nice construction and perfect fit. All of the necessary hardware was included.

I am still happy with the hitch, what really made the difference for me was the hardware included, it really made installation easy.
Got both items in 3 days and they went on without a "hitch". The trailer connector socket is very easy to install also! They both look awesone!!

It took me and my friend 40 minutes from start to finish to swap out the old Trailer Hitch Receiver with the new Trailer Hitch Receiver. We didn't have to remove the rear bumper nor move the spare tire. Great product! I am very happy with my purchase!
Works as it should! it would be great if the hitch had previsions to mount trailer connector.
Literally took the old one off in 12 minutes and installed this one in less than 7 minutes perfect fit.

Great product, everything I expected ,bolted right into place where the factory receiver bolts to on the frame,and it also bolted to the bumper where the factory receiver did. Most other brand receiver hitches only bolt to the frame and not to the bumper which l believe gives extra support.Thank you

I am so sorry. I am wondering if it fell out in transit somehow. In any case, if they havent already I will make sure we get some replacement hardware sent to you quickly!
The hitch lines up with the underbody frame, but not with the mounting holes under my new bumper. Need to find a way to make it fit under the bumper. Any suggestions are welcome.

Really nice product.
The hitch receiver that I ordered was in stock and arrived at my house quicker than I expected. Removing the old hitch and installing the new one took about half an hour. The included hardware worked perfectly.

Ive been using this hitch for about a year and it has lived up to my expectations. The safety chain holes are big enough for my chain hooks to hook in them easily. My original equipment hitch was difficult to hook them into.
Great product heavy duty hitch built very well but only concern was the package was damaged in shipping and the powder coat on the hitch was all scratched up pry have to use touch up paint on so it dosent rust out the spots that are down to bare metal
Perfect fit for my 2011 silverado new hardware, product quality is pristine, honestly looks original beside the fact the original one used 3 bolts on the frame this only uses 2 not complaining at all would definitely recommend to everyone
Great hitch! Fits in the factory frame as it should. Unfortunately, the bolt holes did not line up and I had to drill a new hole on the hitch to mount it properly. Easy fix, just not quite what I wanted to do with a $[XX] product.
I have a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT/5.3L. When it arrived I measured it up to my truck and by surprise, it fixed perfectly. I then proceed to install the hitch. It only took me about 30 minutes to install. I am delighted that I purchased this hitch. Thank you
After 1 year of ownership I am very happy. Does its job. Simple to set up with wrenches and came with instructions in case. They also make videos for YouTube certified mechanics. Have pulled upwards of the tow capacity rated for my truck with no issues whatsoever. Great coat of paint no cracking or surface rust yet. Quick shipping, e trailer takes their business seriously.
Probably one of the best upgrades I’ve made for my truck aside from the add-on reverse/rear camera kit that I also purchased here. Can’t say enough good things about this company. If I need something else I will come here first. 11/10
The class 3 hitch is very nice. Beautiful welds and finish. Very solid and heavy duty. I'm really happy with the hitch.
The issue I had was I'm a DIY'er, emphasis on the "Y". So when it came time to install, I found myself under the truck, holding he hitch up with my knees as I fumbled around trying to get a new bolt into the welded on nut. I ended up using the original bolts to secure the hitch, then swapped the old bolts out for the new one by one.
The reason this worked was a chamfer on the old bolt. Made it very easy to find the threads and start the bolt. Attached is a picture. Overall the bolt looks pretty good after being under the truck for 15 years.
As I said the hitch itself is well made and I am very satisfied with what I bought. Maybe you can consider a slightly different bolt.
Bolted up just fine.
One improvement would be a predrilled spot to attach plate for wire harness.

After a year, pulling a friend or two out of the snow or towing with in limit, Ive been happy with it. When I first called and ordered it they it would fit. Could not have lined up better. Two man job but a good investment. Would order again in the future.
Well Etrailer did excellent job, correct product good fit and quality for the price (all though when I looked at just a 6 bolt pattern I was double checking the order an confirm with the invoice and read the hardware instructions this is what is used on a class III 2" hitch ) , all hardware included , easy to follow directions and very fast shipping (bonus free shipping on this item ) this hitch went on my 2013 GMC Sierra " without a hitch" the rest is up to you, invest in some good rust penetrating spray apply 24hrs before and good luck
I ordered a hitch for 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 and you send a hitch that fits Toyota …. I have already took the old hitch down and now I go without a hitch … thanks for noticing

It atill works very well. I use it a lot to pull a utility trailer. It has held up well and I think it will never fail.
