I'm impressed, clean and sturdy construction, faster shipping than Amazon, quick and easy to bolt on. My van had a small receiver already on it, I ended up cutting 3 of the 4 bolts off with a cut off wheel. And I needed to drill out the third bolt hole just slightly to get the new bolts in. Suggestions: if your existing hitch bolts spin without coming undone try shoving one of the provided capture plates washers into the frame rail to get the nut off without needing angle grinder. And if your rails are too wide for the new washers just add one of the old ones, or any piece of hard stuff, to shim the space and keep the carriage bolt from spinning while you torque on the nuts. And of course it is easier to have a floor jack to lift the receiver into place. Overall a very straightforward install process, didn't even need to jack up the van, definitely worth it.

Got it last as well as the harness, installed both this morning, went together just like the video. Used a motorcycle jack,and did it myself. Product looks well made and fix perfectly
Wife and I had it bolted on and towing in under 10 minutes. Perfect fit for our Chevy Express 1500 AWD van. A jack to lift it up, and a squueze clamp to hold it while putting the bolts in makes install a snap.
Really nice hitch.......fit Perfectly......took about 45 minutes to install...Easy......Almost all of the hitch is covered by the plastic bumper, only the very center even shows at all....Looks like a CUSTOM hitch! This went on my 2010 GMC Conversion Van......Look at the final pictures...

So far I have hauled horse trailers, car trailers, junk trailers and more. This hitch has worked effortlessly with my Express Van to expand my capabilities. Easy to install, I have not had to worry about it ever since. And with a load rating of 10,000 pounds my van will fail before the hitch is exceeded.

After a year, still hauling, still working great.
I received my hitch today, and had it installed within about 15 minutes. The only challenge was that a few of the rectangular washers slipped when I tried to tighten the bolts - even after cleaning the mating surfaces; crafting a few "washers" out of 50-grit sandpaper solved the problem.
After installation, I used my label maker to conspicuously note the torque specs for future reference; you might want to consider adding such a label directly to the hitch for future customers.

No worries all is well. I crawled under our van with a torque wrench, and it was handy to have a label that specified the torque right there where I could see it.
