I’m upset, the hitch for my f250 STILL has not been delivered.
It ruined our Easter weekend plans. I received one of the 2 I ordered and was told the other would arrive later that day, or the next day. That was 5 days ago and nobody can give me any answers as to where it is or why it hasn’t arrived. It’s been extremely frustrating. I wish they would just send me another one at this point.
The communication through the order to delivery was awesome. Best tracking platform I’ve ever seen!
Hitch is not straight! stickers can tell you the amount of attention of QC! All screws/holes lined up though. I installed it but haven't towed anything yet. It remains to be seen how well it performs.

You mentioned that the hitch was not straight and I wanted to see if you could use a level on the receiver. I do see where the stickers are not straight however, I cannot see there the hitch isnt straight. With most hitches there will be variances in the levelness of the receiver.
This has got to be the easiest install I’ve ever done. Starting with the price .... awesome! I’ve found other hitches from $200-$400 that did not have the rating this does. The quality seems very impressive. Shipping was phenomenal fast and easy. This company sent me emails along the way excellent company guys. Got the hitch in the mail bought a 9/16 drillbit bored out the existing holes and boom. I had this thing installed in less than an hour in the snow of all things. The instructions were spot on and the video on their website for the installation was also excellent and spot on. I will be ordering from this company in the future likewise you should too.
Very happy with the hitch I purchased. Came rather quickly and was delivered in a strong box with no damage. Installing the hitch was easy once I drilled out the holes in the frame for the larger hardware. I then set it on a jack and raised it till it touched the frame and attached it just like the video showed. Done. Thanks etrailer.
Excellent shipping for free shipping. Was delivered in 3 business days. Got the hitch installed by myself in less than 25 minutes with a tench a ratchet and a torque wrench. The easiest hitch I ever installed. Looking forward to ordering more in the near future for my other vehicles.

Very nice heavy duty hitch for the price. Fit is great but you will need to enlarge the factory holes in the frame for the bolts provided.

Ok it turned out every bit as described. Its hella beefy and installed in 20 minutes. All holes totally matched my van. Youtube videos really helped install confidence the day before. Oh and I really appreciate the videos you guys put up. I am working on the brake controller and wiring. I asked a local company to price this job and found out hiw many hundreds of dollars it would cost. AAARG when he told me he couldnt get me in for a month I came to you folks. Now i will be done this week with a total of one days work.

Rock solid Hella beefy. Oh and it took a day because I am retired and no longer live by the clock.
Very heavy duty hitch. Was difficult for two of us to hold in place and getting bolts started.
Overall it looks great! Have not tried towing with it yet. Giving it 5 star's for delivery, installation video and construction.

Beast of a hitch! It was a bit of a pain to open up the holes in the frame for the larger hardware to fit, but it's a small price to pay for the increased strength. a couple caveats for the install that were not mentioned in the install videos that I watched. The first is in regards to the "L" brackets. There is a LEFT and a RIGHT bracket; they are not interchangeable, and are not marked. When you install them, drop a bolt through the bottom hole and through the frame, and then try to put a bolt through the side hole and through the frame. If it goes through, you have the correct bracket for that side. If it doesn't, use the other bracket on that side. The 2nd caveat is to install a washer on the bolts before passing them through the mounting holes. Install vid only shows / mentions washers on the nut side, but their should be washers on both sides.
Very heavy duty. A bit difficult to back up the bolts inside the frame; it would be nice if they were carriage bolts like other models I have seen (maybe with the class V design that is not possible). Had to touch up the powder coat in a few small places where it had chipped off in shipping or something. The powder coat otherwise is very thick and seems very durable. Had to pry the arms of the hitch apart a bit to line up all the forward holes. Also be aware that this uses 5/8" ish bolts so drilling the frame holes bigger is required. Overall pleased with this product, it definitely will not be the weakest link in my towing rig.
UPS lost the first shipment, but etrailer was very good about sending another right away.
Hitch receiver arrived quickly and was fairly easy to install with minimal effort. Been a year since install and I've had no issues.

Product is still working wonderfully and performing well.
The hitch installed very easily the problem is the loops for your safety chains to hook on our flat and too long for the hooks on my trailer up early latch it should be more rounded
Rec'd my hitch quickly even though I chose the free (slowest) shipping. Quality of the hitch is excellent. I like having Class V even though I don't intend to tow to the rated limit. Installation was simple - just reamed frame holes to 9/16" per instructions. Holes lined up perfectly. Mounting bolts & washer plates provided are substantial. Nice slip fit on drawbar pin.
I have purchased 4 trailer hitches from etrailer over the years and have been very happy with both the trailer hitches as well as their customer service. I would highly recommend them.
I used a step-drill to open up the 8 holes on the frame to 9/16". This worked great! Lifted the trailer hitch up by hand (no jack needed). Installing nuts and bolts was easy due to the included instruction sheet. Consider removing the spare tire for easier access with wrenches etc.
Great product , little bit of a challenging install but goes fairly quickly, can be installed by one person as I did , just use a car jack to line up the hitch to the front
Just used the hitch yesterday went to race track glad I had a heavy duty trailer hitch drove like butter covenant safe
The website is amazing with videos on how-to's. The product is excellent well built , good quality. Very good updates on tracking the product as it made its way from MO to CA... The only gap is that the UPS tracking site said it was arriving Friday but actually arriving Tuesday the week after... Other than that, good prices and free shipping!
