This fully welded trailer hitch receiver bolts onto your vehicle's frame with no welding required. Matte black, powder coated steel is durable and corrosion resistant and creates a rugged look.The hitch itself is a very nice piece, however it did not get an excellent rating because the bracket on the hitch for the spare tire support bracket is way too low and I had to fabricate 2 spacers 2 5/8" long to connect the 2 brackets. As you can see from the picture there is no way that support bracket was going to reach 2/3 of the way down the tire.
The trailer hitch receiver was shipped damaged. The support angle bracket was bent. Had to restrained bracket.

Great. No concerns after a year of use. Use mostly for a bike rack.
Installation was not to bad, I installed it myself, fit was perfect,works great.
Pretty straight forward installing. Bolts right in. Will need a hand to hold it in place to install. A little heavier than the one that was under the tuck for bumper ball. Looks great and fits great !! Also got the OEM style wiring kit. That as well fits as it should and fairly easy to install.

This hitch is more than adequate for my needs. It was fairly easy to install- once I read through the instructions.I had to become familiar with my truck's spare tire tools. Another "learning curve"!
AS far as the product, first impressions are great! Bought this as a gift for my dad and his '19 Chevy Colorado. I purchase this and the wiring harness. Awaiting until Christmas for an install. My only complaint was the shipping. My wife and I have had too many issues with UPS in the pass and the delivery of these items were no different. Although the items showed up early, I can't get over UPS lying stating a delivery attempt was made. I have Ring video of the time they are stating that says otherwise. Then once the items finally arrived the next day, the box containing the harness was fine but the hitch looks as if it had been dragged around and dropped. You can see from the pictures that the wrapping isn't sufficient to protect it from drops. So, as I said, I would look into shipping with someone else.
The hitch didn't have a bracket to bolt the support from the spare tire carrier cross member to the hitch. Other than that it bolted to the frame perfectly and fits fine
The hitch lined up perfectly with the frame. I did have to open the hanging brackets with a 2 pound hammer in order for them to slide onto the frame. I suppose they bent a little during shipping. The videos were excellent source material.
Good looking & well built receiver. Though I did have to grind off a bit of it so the bumber would go back to original location for bolts to line up.
The product was good. The fit was horrible. It took my mechanic 6 hours to adjust to make fit. Yes i ordered the right one. The flanges had to be beat out and then reshaped to fit.It may have been "custom fit" but it wasn't custom fit to my truck. Ordered through etrailer through customer service rep named Peyton, even spoke to her on the pholne to make sure it was correct.

fit perfect, easy to install with the directions from etrailer made so simple.
The welds on the top side of the brackets were not ground down enough and caused the side holes to be too low for the holes in the truck frame. I had to file down the hole to make room to get the bolts in.
It was easy to install after watching your you tube video. I use it for my bike rack but I got a class3 incase I do decide to tow something.
Sturdy exactly as described - would buy again if needed.
Box was damaged, could you send detailed dimensions so I can tell if it’s bent.

We dont really have any detailed dimensions available at the moment for this item. I do recommend making sure it is at a 90 degree angle. I am also getting these dimensions added to our site for future reference.

I am very happy with the hitch
The instructions were helpful
The install was was ok , would be better if you can
have the truck on a lift but it went pretty OK without the lift
Anyway overall very satisfied

Easy to install specially after watching the installation videos for the hitch and wire harness. Looks amd works great!
Great Trailer Hitch Receiver. Simple and easy to install the unit. Followed instructions and video for hassle free install.
Excellent quality and fairly easy to install. Instructions would do well to mention that if you don’t have a lift rack you’ll need two extra people to install.

Product was destroyed when the vehicle caught fire and exploded. Up until that time it worked well.
Excellent quality and value. Shipping was next day, thanks Michelle V. Perfect fitment. Hardest part of the installation was removal of large bolts. Cheater bar needed.
Service was great, product was as adver tised.
