This was my second time installing a Draw-Tite DT55GR hitch on a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer and it went smoothly thanks to eTrailer’s installation video. The only difference was that I had to trim a sheet metal gusset on the drivers side for the hitch to mount flush to the unibody “frame”. Overall I am happy with the product and with eTrailer in general. Keep up the good work guys and gals!
The hitch was a perfect fit on my 2022 Chevy Trailblazer. It was an easy install once I got the rear bumper facia off. The difficult part of the installation was removing the bumper facia I only broke one clip. Luckily I was able to find a replacement clip at Autozone.
Works great! It would have been a pretty tough job without the install video.

Amazing.this is the 2nd tow pkg Ive bought from this company. They are worth every penny. The tutorial videos are wonderful as well. Whenever I need another trailer accessory I will be returning!
I received the hitch on time. When I unpacked it I did not see any invoice or installation instructions at first, BUT they were rolled up inside the receiver. The online installation video was well made. My only complaint is the mounting plate holes were slightly off. Had to use a rubber mallet to help it on. even though they were obrounded.
The powder coating was chipping off from rough handling by UPS. But in all fairness the coating appeared to be very thin and poorly applied .
I used black spray paint to cover the chipped areas. I don't think it will affect the functionality of the hitch.

Best built hitches ever made. Fit well and strong. I'm 73 years young, so I did it myself in my driveway. Fits perfect and look great.

Little more difficult to install than I expected but is perfect fit and look factory installed.
This hitch was very well made. The problem was it was chipped up and had busted through its shipping box, thus banging up the product while shipping.
I believe if it had been bubble wrapped and was more secure in the box it would have been perfect. Instead, it was chipped up and messed up.
It seems to be well made but I downgraded due the hitch due to damage while shipping.

Still working fine. Only drawback is the threaded pin, which is a bit of a pain to take in and out. There should be a standard non-threaded pin option.
Installed on a 2021 Trailblazer. The video was so much help. Only took about 90 minutes to install.
My wife and I follow the directions on the video, i’m pretty mechanical and I have all the tools, it took about two hours and the pitch went on great. It would be nice to have a little bit of more of the video showing you how to snap the bumper back on, but we were able to do it.
The part had good paint coating, but due to packing some of the part was chipped off. Also looked at purchasing part day before then waited a day and purchased day after the price changed by $30. When called they said it was due to market price. Not sure if that was true cause when part got delivered it was made in Mexico. So was this a preemptive raise in pricing before tariffs are put in place. B.S.

managed to safely haul a boat from west TX to south FL without issue. wish I could say the same of the boat, itself. lol! should have left it in TX.
Really easy process to order for my specific vehicle. Very helpful online tutorials for each product. I decided to use a partner and they were excellent and easy to get in touch with.
The installation videos from etrailer and YouTube were informative. The instructions that come with the hitch were difficult to understand. The amount of time to install the hitch did take approximately an hour, but removing all the fascia took an additional 2 hours and removing the tail light assembly was very tedious and time consuming! However it appears to be a great hitch!
I really liked my experience with this company. It shipped out the same day and your sending the email with the shipper name and tracking number along with was awesome.

Exactly what I wanted. install was really easy! This is a bit overkill for a trailblazer but I can use all my old hitch mounts and bike rack.
