I have a UTV I purchased with an unbranded pinto hitch. It came with a 2” ball, however, I have trailers that utilized 2 5/16” balls. You were the only one at the time of purchase that carried a ball with the correct shank length and diameter for my pinto hitch. Thanks you for stocking this product!
I searched all my local stores as well as everywhere online for this hitch ball, etrailer was the only one that had it. Very happy!

replacement ball is a good quality and fitment and a fair price. The etrailer website makes finding, comparing, and purchasing easy. Stock was good and shipping reasonable, on-time and no damage.
I can not give a honest answer because I was sent incorrect ball. It was no bigger than my thump. If I tried to install it it would just slide though mounting hole.
Perfect replacement for my BH8 Buyers hitch. Now I have a 2" ball and 2 5/16 Incase of different trailers.
Nice ball,to bad it doesn't fit the hitch I also bought

I see that you had purchased ball mount part # BM20 and it has a one-inch diameter ball hole. The ball that I would recommend would be part # C40007. It is also a 2 and five sixteenth ball which is rated at 10,000 pounds.
truck came with 2" ball on pintle was only 10,000lb on 8 ton pintle
found this fit 1 1/8 shank and 8 ton
Works as it should!
Had issues with delivery, ups had lost it.
Once etrailer found out they got another one in the mail asap.
My 2-5/16 trailer ball works great.
It was the exact part ordered and fit p erfect!

Fit the pintle perfectly, now I can tow 2" and 2 5/16"
The ball is exactly the right size now the mirrors not sure yet haven’t used them yet
