Today we'll be taking a look at part number BWHB94001. This is the B and W 2 5/16 inch hitch ball. It has a 1 inch shank diameter that's also 2 1/2 inches long. It does have a nice raw finish and it's rated at 12,000 pounds. This hitch ball is going to help provide a good connection point for your trailer's coupler. It does have nice fine threads on it.
It actually has 14 threads per inch, they're going to help provide a really tight, secure, strong grip. It's a very durable ball mount. It comes from a heat-treated steel. The lock washer and the nut is included, and this product is made in the USA. We'll go ahead and show you how to install this under our ball mount. We'll take it and place it through the hole in our ball mount, place on the lock-washer, and secure it by threading on the nut.
